Not good expeience...still not over..My car mini cooper met with an accident on March 25th, 2016. It reached to the dealer in the evening but it was Friday evening they sent the car to work shop which is precision collision center on Monday or Tuesday. They found out air bag was broken they need to order new one. ..after calling them constantly for at least 6 weeks I found out that air bag work is over but they need to fix new seat cover which was damage during accident which they forgot to order at first place..they ordered after air bag was fixed...seat cover needs to come from Germany which took more than one week... now fixing of seat cover is going on ...I dont know when they will finish and give me back my car...since I am going through insurance. ..my insurance company covers only one month of car rental. .another month rental I have to pay from pocket because precision center is not helping me...I dont know what to say more...I feel really sad about the way my case is being handle by precision. .

We took in our Audi after it was damaged in the hail storm. The gents at the shop told us it would be no more than two or three days to get the work done and get the car back, and that they would call us when the part came in that they needed. Not only did we have to call them to find out the part had been in for a week, they had ordered the wrong part, which they discovered after delaying the work for two additional weeks, all weeks we had to use a rental car. Once the work was done, the car looked great; the process, however, took over three months to complete. When they arrived at our house with the car, they handed me a bill that was more than $1,000 over the insurance price, and asked for that amount. I would never recommend this shop to anyone. The last we heard from them was "all I can say is sorry." Sorry is fine, and yes, it is just a car - but the customer service at this shop is unbelievably poor. We will be taking our cars elsewhere in the future.

My 21 year old son bought a car in March 2013 and the day he bought the car someone ran into him. The place he bought the car from, Taafel motors, recommended he take it to Precision Collision. We had a police report and the man that ran into him had insurance so we were optimistic. This happened in March and they STILL HAVE HIS CAR. My son needed a rental car to get to and from work and the insurance company said they would pay for that as well. However, sometime in May the insurance ran out and when my son went to turn in the car and pay, they said the bill was $3,000! The insurance company contacted Precision and they said the car sat there for 2 weeks because they didnt have the police report. Regardless, that was only for 2 weeks and theyve had his car almost 10 - over 2 months! I am ready to contact all 3 tv stations to help me find out why they still have his car and if they are going to cover the $3000 bill from Hertz Rental.

This was not one of the preferred shops from my insurance company but it is the only Mercedes certified shop in the Louisville area. Norman and Christie were absolutely fabulous to work with. I was updated at each step of the way, everything was explained to me and coordinated with the insurance company. when completed they sent the car to Tafel Mercedes to get inspected and completed. My car was washed and waxed and completely detailed. all the parts are OEM MB with a lifetime warranty as long as I own the vehicle. Car was ready when they said and it looks as good as new. This is a top notch outfit. The quality of their work is exemplary.... and what made the experience that much better was the service from their team, especially Christie. what a pleasure to work with.

I had an unsightly dent and went around to numerous auto body repair centers in town for estimates. All of them wanted to charge at least $600 and some wanted to charge almost $1,000. Precisions owner, Mr. Sipes, told me the options I had and explained the pros/cons of each option. He gave me the best deal at $400. They finished the job on time and were even wonderful enough to make arrangements with me to have the car ready a few hours sooner to fit my schedule. Each time I have been to Precision Mr. Sipes has personally greeted and updated me on the status of my car. The work they have done is phenomenal. The paint matches exactly and dent is gone! Precision has the most friendly, helpful, and professional staff. They were truly a pleasure to do business with!

Some guy rear ended my 08 mini cooper in December 2016 and mini told me to send it here. Well two monthes went by with no one knowing what was going on with my car then they finally called me to come pick it up. But when we got their they ran my wires wrong behind my bumper cover and didnt hook up my side marker light and left out clips for the wheel wells and also ran it out of gas. They fixed all that in and hour and so i took off to relize that my front end is so far out of alignment and my driver side window dont come close to closing right. This place had horriable service up front and no one their knows whats going on. I would not recommend this place to my worse enamy.

Took my SL550 after I backed into our garage door. They fixed my emblem and buffed out a few scratches. I asked them what the charge was and they said no charge! I have had my daughters car over there before as well and they did a great job. I highly recommend them. They have always been helpful and communicate well with their customers.

Missed damage on first submission to insurance company which resulted in me being in a rental longer than my insurance company allowed. After agreeing to pay for the rental, they reneged and tried to have me billed. Mistakes happen, but these guys flat out lied. Will never use again.
