WARNING!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO KOVAC. If zero stars was a rating I wouldve given it but it made choose a star. DO NOT GO TO KOVAC. Took the car for a $297 part, paid $1400 for additional work they said I NEEDED. Picked my car up and left with it sounding like the wheels were gonna fall off (even though it was making no noise when I dropped it off) Took it from Kovac straight to another mechanic who said the car had no transmission fluid in it, and my transmission was shot. After spending $1400 with Kovac I now am spending $2200 for a new transmission. Full story below if you want to read but again DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO KOVAC. DO NOT DO NOT. I took my car to have the axle repaired, a service that was going to cost $297. They called me and said that I actually needed $2400.00 worth of work. I told them to tell me what they felt were necessities. Joe called me and said that the cv axle was NOT a priority over the other things that needed to be repaired. He then compiled the priority list which was going to cost me $1,400. They did the work. I picked my car up and it sounded like the wheels were going to fall off. My car was not making any noise when I dropped it off. When I picked it up they said the reason it was making the noise is because the wheel bearings were bad. Now remind you I said tell me what the Necessities were they did not feel that fixing the wheel bearing was a necessity. Left their shop and took it to another mechanic who told me that my car had zero transmission fluid in it and that my transmission was shot. I called Kovac to advise them of that and I was told by Rich that Joe was out of town and when he returned they would call me to figure out what they were going to do to fix the car. That was a month ago I still have not heard back from Kovac. DO NOT GO THERE.

I had a flat tire over the weekend and had put on the temporary spare, I purchased a used tire off Craigslist and went in to have them put it on the rim for me. They put it on and found out the tire had a small pin hole in it and told me that they had a used tire they could put on for $40 installed and balanced. I came to pick up the tire and they put it on my car within 5 minutes for Free! I was not expecting for them to put it on the car for me for free. Was very happy, found out the tire they put on had a very slow leak (not their fault), took it back to them and they swapped out the tire for another used one that looked like brand new! I was in and out within 45 minutes and couldnt be happier. Everyone there was very nice, and couldnt believe everything they did for me. I kept offering to pay more for their services but they kept telling me they would take care of it for no charge. I will be needing new tires in about 6 months and will definitely not take my car to anyone else just for that small favor they did for me. Thank you so much for being an honest stand up service shop! Will be sending everyone I know your way! I know now why their parking lot is so full and they are so busy, they are a great shop!

I took my brand new 2017 vehicle here for a caliper pin bolt to be installed. $20 not an isue, but when I found out my rim was scratched later that day DUE TO POTHOLES IN THEIR LOT It made me very uneasy about this shop. They always left my old car unlocked in their parking lot too when I would leave it for oil changes. I spoke to the guys the next day and they were able to make up for it by painting my calipers which was something I wanted to do. I supplied them with all of the supplies including the sand paper to sand the caliper which is the correct prep before painting. The paint is now coming off from me spraying it with a hose when I wash my car smh. If it was done the correct, professional way, this wouldnt be happening. Even though they did it for free it will now cost me more to remove the old paint and repaint correctly. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT IT

Took my company car for a service when I picked up the car I asked them if they had replaced the air filter and they said that there was no need that it was clean . They also had put a new tire on the car . When I drove the car I noticed it had the low pressure light for the tires on . When I got he sure enough to the new tire that they had put on had only 25lbs and when I checked the air filter it was nasty . I took the car back and the manager told me that they couldnt get the air filter so they didnt replace it ..... So I told them okay thanks Ill make sure the company I work never brings a car here ever again . If you get you car service in this place make sure you check it after your pick it up ..... Or simply avoid this place

Went in to replace my windows motor and an oil change after I called for a price. From my call to the time my car was done, the customer service is amazing. Also, my husband went to pick me up after dropping off my car and got some nails/screws in of his tires. We had to rush to our sons competition and after went to a shop close to the competition site. That place told my husband he needed a new tire. Luckily, they didnt have it. So he mentioned it to the manager. The manager said he could look at it. They repaired the tires and did not want to charge. My husband for it. My husband just wanted to let them know to be careful, but he insisted on not letting him pay. Will definitely be going back. Highly recommended them!

They did a great job on my rear end but when they went to replace the rack and pinion they failed to replace the pressure hose connected to it. AAAnd they were suppose to fix the windshield container and hose but failed to pin/tie the hose up properly, so when I went to do an oil change I found all these mistakes and brought it back in and they didnt even apologize or give me a deal to fix what they had failed to do in the first place! Plus they treat me like Im stupid and know nothing about cars b/c Im a female...ummm HELLO IDIOTS I went to school for automotive tech...surprise surprise...too bad they didnt google me b4 the screwed with me...

Only place I will take our three cars (#2 is there right now and #3 is going when we pick up #2). Honest to the point of turning away revenue. I was sure my truck needed brakes last year and was ready to pay; they said, no, there is enough life there for you to continue to drive safely for a while - just check back in the next six months to a year. Are you kidding? Theyre smart - they turned away easy money then to earn my repeat business and loyalty for the future. And it worked. Go there - treat them as you would like to be treated and youll be happy.
