I am taking the time from my busy schedule to write this review because I think its important for Mercedes Benz Corporate to be made aware of the best and finest- first class customer service I recieved from one of their employees in Mercedes of Cutler Bay Dealership. That employee is Laura Delgado! On November 4th, I called the dealership and requested to speak with a Sales Consultant and Laura Delgado picked up the call and I began to inquire information about your 2017 CLA 250. I want to highlight the fact that in this original call Laura Delgado patiently took the time to listen to all my needs and she was extremely knowledgeable about the Mercedes brand and products and was able to answer all my questions. Her ability to answer all my questions reinforced my confidence that I was making the right choice going with Mercedes . Laura Delgado invited me to the Dealership where her 5 star customer service continued and she treated me with the highest level of professionalism. She showed me all the cars that can potentially be a great match based on my requirements. Although, I didnt find the perfect car there that day, Laura reassured me to give her the opportunity to continue to work for me in finding that perfect car. Laura Delgado went to work for me and notified me within a few days that she has found the perfect car Im looking for. Mind you our first interaction was on a Friday and by the following Wednesday I was signing the paper work and driving off with my new car. This was all made possible because of Lauras passion and dedication in what she does. Employees like Laura Delgado are the heartbeat and foundation that great corporations are built upon. The maintenance in an automobile is crucial to protect its worth, longevity and keep you safely on the road. With that said there are many places you can take your car but it has been my experience since I joined the Mercedes Benz Family in 2013 that the dealership is the best place to do the maintenance to your vehicle. They know your car better than anyone including yourself. Using only the original parts they will keep it running like new for a very long time. Most people will tell you and discourage you from going to the dealer saying is expensive and you don’t get a good deal but my resent visit proved to me again that some people’s perception is wrong. Let’s be realistic everyone wants a good deal and don’t want to overspend in service but after shopping around for tires “on line” and in local tire shops all over the place to do my homework before I called them. I was pleasantly surprised when I reached out to my service advisor Kevin LaPlanche that not only did he give me the best deal, give me personalized service. I was able to get a loaner and not have to wait until my car was done. Furthermore they fully inspected my car to make sure everything was in working order in addition to topping all the fluids and checking any outstanding recalls on my specific model. When my car was returned it was washed as it was just taken off the showroom floor. Wow!! That is exceptional service in my book!!! I hope that you spend 3 minutes reading my review and convince you to give them a try and I can assure you won’t be disappointed. I was an hour late for my A service appointment and my appointed service manager processed me with no delay. He was very honest about the recommended service and parts that needed to be replaced. He gave me a lot of feedback to make an informed decision on what I needed now and long term to keep my vehicle in great condition. The facilities in Cutler Bay are new and classy. I grew up in the Ridge, and MB is not the target demographic for huge sales that I would expect, so I believe there is some risk to keep it alive, but they certainly perpetuate royalty in their environment and service to customers. I was told the Lease market is pretty strong there, which made sense to me. If you are having a bad day, just casually stop by and get coffee in the customer break area...your day can only get better after that. I expect all the service advisors to perform at the same level there, but if you get Herbert, you are in good hands for sure. I got my car back in the afternoon after driving around the loaner, which wasnt too shabby(C300 AMG loaded)...I was told "See you in a year." I have to say, I never look forward to services because of waiting without a loaner, costs, plus the up sell of other parts and services that may not be necessary. But this dealership and service staff, exceeded my expectations above and beyond any dealership. ~Happy Customer

What a difference the right guy makes...and thats Danny Baster. My previous purchase of a 2013 was a nightmare in hell... and yes from Cutler Bay My purchase of my 2016 GLE was superb in every way. Danny is a genius...so gracious, wise and professional. In the blink of an eye he gave me everything I asked for. He erased the dreadful previous experience I had. I adore my car...and the purchase process. Danny did everything he promised and made it a lovely experience. He is a jewel !! When Danny introduced me to Anthony Demosthenis..as his best guy and youre going to love him...once again he delivered everything he promised. So much fun to have Anthony explain all the spectacular new features on the GLE. Clearly he loves the cars, has a deep understanding of them and especially the tech end, and is so charming and gracious. The title "sales consultant" does not do him justice!! He has an easy grace, is so patient, so intelligent. He is a joy to be around...such an eye for detail!! He notices everything,...and appreciates Chanel. A multi talented guy! Danny and Anthony made this purchase a dream!! And as always Ruben Abreu was the wizard and magician who made every detail absolute perfection.Ruben is simply the most wonderful person in the world. He is the reason I am on my third Mercedes SUV.

My husband took my car from Key West, Florida up to Culter Bay because of a transmission and power steering problem. MB kept my car and gave my husband a rental car to come back down the Keys, they then called and said my car was ready so my husband drove back to Cutler Bay MB and picked up my car. He drove the car back down the Keys and when I left for work in the car the next morning he noticed transmission fluid on the garage floor. My husband called me at work and told me to check under the car at work when I was coming home to see if there was anymore... there was good amount on the ground, and the power steering was still very hard. I drove the car home at which time my husband said the Jose Castillo told him not to drive the car. Jose called and talked to me and told me that they will be bringing a car down for me and taking my car back to Cutler Bay on a flat bead truck. This will be a 5 hour round trip for them but they are fixing the issue without making us do all the traveling. Mistakes happen and things get overlooked, everyone is human, but its nice to have a company ready to step up and take responsibility. Thank you for the great service.
