Great Customer Service! I purchased a new set of tires in October. Everything was as expected and quoted. Within about a month, one of the tires would bleed down to about 10 psi every week or so but not go entirely flat. I stopped by the shop one afternoon about a month and a half after purchasing the tires and they said it could be a 2-3 hour wait due to the jobs already in progress and suggested I return early one morning to get in more quickly. I didnt have time to do that until late December. They quickly found the problem, a pinhole in the the sidewall -- no external damage; therefore, a defect in the tire (that only had about 1500 miles on it by this point). They called the tire manufacturer numerous times over the next week and ultimately the manufacturer said there was nothing that could be done since it had been more than 45 days since the tire was purchased. After a few more days, Sherry called me to say she had spoken with the manager (at Economy Tire) and that they decided to replace the tire since it was the right thing to do. Roger that -- way to go Economy Tire! I really appreciate their consideration of the situation and Sherrys extra effort to replace the tire. I had not even had time to return her original call (with the news from the tire manufacturer). She took the initiative to push for the right thing and to contact me again letting me know Economy would replace the tire. Thank You.

This place has helped me out previously. However, recently the man (is it the son of the lady who runs the front desk area???) Seems to not want to be there and coughs sneezes all over the front area while working and never seems to have a positive polite attitude when Im there anyways... I wish he would just seem interested in the job he is doing. A smile or clear speaking sure goes a long ways!!! The lady is polite and is helpful. U can walk in without a appt for basic tire needs. U need an appt for other things to be done This is my opinion after 4 or 5 times at this business.

Unorganized establishment, I made an appointment two days in advance for a pretty basic set of tires, all four, an alignment and an oil change. Thats about $550 order, not small change. When I arrived on time for the appointment the lady I talked to two days ago had no notes or saved appointment for me nor did they have any tires in stock to install on my car, two days of notice and they dropped the ball I dont have time for this disappointment, tireplus took me at last minute notice and had what I needed. Also saving me a few dollars, unfornately local business failed me this time :(

I bought tires here to support local business rather than a chain. The tires and labor are fine, the price was decent. However the sales person called me during installation to see if I wanted to take care of a couple problems while my car was on the lift. I couldnt get back to him for a few hours so the job was delayed. He said I needed new wheel bearings ($400). Plus a brake job ($270). I passed, I knew neither was needed. Afterwords my mechanic confirmed wheel bearings were fine and brakes had years left on them. Buyer beware here.

Brought in a brand new Nissan wheel and tire due to a flat. This car and wheel had about 5000 miles on it . Economy Tire severely scratched the wheel where they scraped off the weights for the balance. (visible from the outside) They severly scratched the wheel where the tire mount machine went around mounting the tire and they scratched the wheel around where the lug nuts mount. THEY DENIED SCRATCHING THE WHEEL. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUISNESS THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND WILL GIVE YOU A BAD ATTITUDE WHEN THEY SCREW UP.

I would give this business a 0 star if it was an option. My father in law recommended us to them, so we brought our car here.... Big MISTAKE! Not only did they tell us if was NOT our bushings (which it was the problem) it was our brakes they racked up an $1100 bill and the car wasnt even fixed of the original problem WTH? I wouldnt recommend anyone to go there. Not even as a last resort!

Worst shop ever.....poor customer service of all time. ...super high price for everything. ...They tell a price on the phone and when u get there is different. ...if you make an appointment for 9am...you ll be out of there at 2pm...just for an oil change ....the mechanics search in your car like crackheads looking for spare change. ..TERRIBLE SERVICE PEOPLE, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME....

I have been here a few times for minor repairs and I have purchased a set of tires. Their repair quotes were a lot less than the local franchise stores. They do not offer a so called free tire with the purchase of three. Their price for four tires was less than the purchase of three tires at the franchise store. Would definitely recommend to others.

RECOMMEND. I like this place. They give good dependable service and fair prices. I usually shop around for goods like tires and their prices are considerably lower than the competition…no silly coupons, no fake sales, just good honest service. I also like buying local. Good job, folks!

they have saved me money by letting me know on two separate occasions that jiffy lubes recommended repairs wasnt necessary. Would be five stars but did over hear one employee being confrontational with a customer. In their defense though, the guy was a dick.
