They lost my order, took 2 hours to determine the simple solution of cancelling the old one and placing a new one, then they said the tires that I was told were in stock were, in fact, not but then they magically were again, watched them ignore the phone call that I could see was my fathers number on caller ID as he was trying to help me get the tires, the next day they called asking where the wheel key was but called again later saying they couldnt find it, the following day they found it where I had originally told them it was located. 3 days total to change a pair of tires and then I had to wait until day 4 to pick it up because of a "miscommunication." I should have bought the tires and put them on myself because a 21 year old female is more competent than this group. Unreal.
