Honest and best car service in Erie and the only one I trust. Im doing this review because I wasnt charged this last inspection when my car didnt pass. They wont hold your car ransom if it doesnt pass and didnt even charge me. Its been 5 inspections and each time without them telling me I need such and such at an outrageous price, like a new wiper for $40, which has actually happened amongst other craziness. When my car didnt pass I was hoping they could do the repair so that I could support this shop and know it would be fixed at a fair price, but they didnt do framework. The car passed after I got it fixed.

Made a cold call on them yesterday morning with a list of work needed on an 04 Subaru. Expected to make an appointment but they had a bay open and took me in. A few hours later it was all done, my bill was amazingly low (I had been prepared to take the car to the dealer), no price was padded, no up-selling was tried, the folks were friendly, and the coffee was hot. Theyre a Keystone station across from St James.
