Completely disappointed - terrible customer service. Last oil change, I came here. Today, I set up my vehicle at home to change the oil myself. After wasting 30 minutes, I could not loosen the oil pan drain plug due to Firestone tightening it TOO tight. The man at counter would not promptly help me. He said I could leave the vehicle with him at he "could check it out" in a couple hours or that I could set an appt and they would change my oil again for the same price as last time. Seems like they might intentionally over tighter drain plugs (lug nuts, ...) to force customers to come back. So, I conveyed the issue and gave them the chance to make it right. The only options given to me, either: waste more hours with no compensation or me pay them full price for additional service are terrible results for the problem... they caused.

Had brakes done here due to lifetime warranty on pads. Was told rotors did not need to be replaced, they would just cut/machine them this time, however next time they would need to be replaced. Have had issues since then and have gone back twice in less than a month and each time their solution was to cut/machine the rotors again, and now, 4 days after the last time they worked on the brakes, the issue is back yet again. So much for "lifetime" warranty on pads and guaranteed service. Rotors have been cut three times after I was told they could only do it once, taking to another more reputable mechanic to have rotors replaced and possibly even pads replaced (just to be safe) even though my current ones are supposed to be "new". Im done with Firestone, especially this particular location!

I have been a long time firestone customer and this was disgraceful. It took them over 5 hours to put on 4 new tires and during the process they didnt perform a correct balance service,.. I had to come back the following day, they lost several screws for my rims, scratched one and my car shakes when I drive it which is a new problem. When I went back to customer service the technician was trying to stop me from talking to management and he wouldnt even give me his name,... Im now struggling with a new problem and will be taking this to their corporate office as at a facility level Ive gotten nowhere.... I was treated with disrespect and paid top dollar for what has now caused me to have more headaches.... very disappointed and extremely frustrated

I live in the neighborhood and ride my bike by here. Twice already, with 2 different bikes, I got flat tires. The second time I decided to go inside and tell them what had happened. At first the manager told me not to ride by here and didnt want to do anything for me. Then he was willing to have one of his techs Alejandro put a patch and repair the tire. When i got the bike back they had over inflated the tire to the point that the sides were about to explode. I pet some air out and it seemed fine for about 5 mins and then it went dead flat. I went back to tell the tech that it had went flat and his response was it was my fault so basically im screwed.

I left my car to get the tire patched around 8:15 am. I was told that there was "a bit of a wait." I had no problem waiting a couple hours, knowing that by the time I returned it would be complete. I returned at 11:15, 3 hours later, and my car had not even been touched. Im never one to complain, but 3 hours for a simple patch is ridiculous. Now Im sotting here waiting to get the tire fixed. Im so unhappy and frustrated with the situation. Its been 10 minutes and Im getting more and more upset as I wait. Extremely poor service.

The work was OK. I had the brakes done on all four axles. Both the front grease covers were dented and oblong. But what got to me most was the sloppiness of the mechanics. I have had work done here once before and it happened this time also. The drivers side floor had the mechanics foot prints on the carpeting, grease stains on the door and steering wheel. Great. Im not servicing my truck here anymore. I thought the manager was supposed to check for quality work?

I has a good experience with them I had two tires replace but one of them was a inch or two bigger didnt realize that tull 2 hours later went back and they realized the mistake and changed it with no problem and even owned up and apologized for it thats what I call a quality and reliable service center Im definitely going back to get my other two tires changed by them in the near future thanks for the peace of mind

Nice guys, they dont finish the job right. I shouldnt have to use my knowledge to double check their work, and it happens too often, when they endanger your safety and your car makes it back to the shop theyll give you a refund. I would like a company that requires their employees to do their jobs above and beyond, since peoples lives are at stake. 2 stars for the good tires they sell. 0 stars for workmanship.

I know nothing about cars and car care but thats where Bob and Moody come in. I really freaking love these guys, they are so funny and nice but mainly, they know a lot about cars (which again, I know nothing about!). Professional and courteous they have the quickest service and are super-duper reliable. Take it from me, you want these guys to work on your car!

Service is awful, guy told me the tech just went on break. They have 10 bays there but only one guy working on tires. I went there 3 times every time there is over an hour wait to put a plug in a tire from a nail. Thanks for the great road hazard service charge that I cant use!

One of the only honest straight forward shops I have been able to find in South Florida, lifetime alignment deal is unbeatable, always available to take your car, they tell you if you dont need something done instead of creating more work just to line their pockets

Brought my Kia Sedona minivan in for repair, and had my starter replaced. After returning home my car caught fire, and after the Fort Lauderale Fire Department investigation, their repair was found to be the cause. Beware of FIREstone.

Good experience. The man behind the desk was very personable and helpful. It did take almost an hour to do a tire rotation when I was the first appointment of the day, so not a huge sense of urgency. Would probably go back.
