I came to Tires Plus on Federal all the time with my last Mercedes - the service used to be undeniably excellent. Well, I got a new (used) car that recently experienced a problem with a strut, so naturally I brought my car here first. I was greeted by an unfamiliar face, Dan, and asked him to take a look at my squeaky brakes too. At that point, without even looking at my car (!!!) he says "well, Im going to recommend a brake flush, regardless"... should have been my first clue! When I brought the car in, it was riding low but operable. Dan called me later that afternoon with the estimate: New strut (about $1700ish) AND new rear rotors and brakes as they were "wearing dangerously thin". When I told him not to repair b/c I would be talking to my husband and getting a 2nd opinion, he suggested that I give him my husbands number so that he can call him to explain exactly what he explained to me already - as though I was incapable of understanding. He also suggested I apply for the credit card, which "would save me 10% off the repair". Hubs and I decided to get a 2nd opinion at Mercedes-Benz that night. When I picked my car up at TP to take it to MB, it was riding inoperably low with the indicator light on, telling me not to drive the vehicle (not the case before). I risked the 2 mile drive to MB who recommended strut repair at the same approx price, but with Mercedes parts instead of generic. However - and heres the clincher - brakes and rotors were within specs and they advised against replacement (my model would cost close to $850/brake system). I had a feeling Tires Plus was being fraudulent and Im glad i got the 2nd opinion. They called me after I provided feedback in an email survey they sent me. I dont plan on returning their call, I will never go there again, and Ill continue to spread the word. Being a woman (who probably looks much younger than I actually am), Im very cautious with situations like this, and with apparently good reason. Dont bring your car here!!!

Absolutely disgruntled. I ordered tires from Tire Rack and had them shipped to Tires Plus. They installed the tires, balanced them, and I allowed them to sell me an alignment. Big mistake. Upon driving my car home from the dealer, I noticed that when I took my hands off the wheel to kind of test the centering affect of the alignment, the car pulled to the right. Typically, the camber of the road will eventually pull a vehicle to the right; however, I repeatedly tested the centering affect, and the car pulled to the right at rate that caused me to believe the alignment was just off. Also, my steering wheel, which was centered prior to my experience with Tires Plus, was no longer centered. I noticed when driving straight, my wheel was slightly tilted to the left. I wrote a review about this, and they called and told me to bring it back to have them check it out. I brought the car back to the shop and they supposedly re-aligned my car. Well, pulling out of the parking lot onto the road, I noticed that the steering wheel was still offset from center when driving in a straight line. I was so furious, that if I go back there, I am afraid I may end up in jail. Stay away from this place...thats my advice. I always say, I dont care how nice or rude you are when talking to me, just give me what my money is paying for. That is the real customer service. The staff are pleasant, but you will probably end up with a ruined alignment and an offset steering wheel if you deal with them. Take your pick!

I got two oil changes from this place. After the first oil change, my oil light came on in about a month (approx 800 miles), but since I had just received an oil change, I waited another 2 months before going back. When I got my second oil change (about 2 months ago), everything was fine the first month. Then my oil light started to come on and off when I was driving. And then I started to hear weird noises when I was accelerating and my car was shaking. I was so worried that there was damage to my engine. So I took my car somewhere else. And when the mechanic checked my car, there was no oil but there was a filter. He had to fill up my car with two full bottles of oil. And then when he was checking the levels, it was coming out black. Basically that means that I didnt have oil for a long time Then, giving tires plus the benefit of the doubt, the mechanic checked to see if maybe I had a leak and thats why there was no oil. But there was no leak. What a horrible thing to pretend to change someones oil. My engine could have been ruined if I kept going back to them without question. Please be cautious before coming here because they would have ruined my car and could do the same to yours TLDR: I paid for 2 oil changes and they didnt really change my oil. This caused my car problems while driving. My engine could have been ruined if I would have kept going back. I would avoid this place.

Great people, good vibes & dependable service. Tom the manager took care of me after I purchased new tires and one of them messed up somehow due to my wheel getting cracked. Soon as the TPMS turned on I went and filled it up and the next morning it was flat again. I have Pirelli Runflat tires and it separated when they were taking if off. The tire wasnt more then 45 days or so old, but warranty was not going to cover it or whatever he case. Tom took care of me where I didnt have to pay another $400 for another run flat, that really exceeded my expectations and I love the staff that works there as well. Everyone is genuine and very nice and helpful, they let you know how long it will take but they take care of you and pricing is very fair.

Been coming here since 2014. Always had a great experience. The location has a great customer service and professionalism. From my personal experience, Daniel is always trying to optimize customer satisfacition one way or another. Been back and suggested the place to friends and relatives, who also liked the way they were treated. I have been to other Tires Plus franchises thinking it was company policy but it really isnt, since at another location I preferred to leave rather than getting service there, making me realize that this particular store is very customer-friendly.

This place is excellent, Tom has help me out multiple times with my car. My new tire ripped as they were replacing the flat, then they replaced the whole tire with a new one on their own on their own dime. These people are amazing and when I eat multiple devices they help me any way they can. They are professional and reliable. Also busy so sometimes you have to leave the car there for a day if you need a lot of work done (but thats the same with any other busy service shop). I highly recommend these guys and the lash that works here is excellent as well.

If i could put no stars i would definitely do... worst tires plus experience ever... first order defective parts which never called me to tell me that it was going to take longer than they said it would. Then tell me ot would be 10 mins and after an hour still not ready and when they said it was they didnt even do what they were supposed to. Still going with a low pressure tire. A refund does not even cover it and now i have to take care of my own tire... thanks. For such a horrible service and making be late for work. Angelica Reyes
