My decision to take my car here was very impromptu, as it broke down/stalled on Broward Blvd. They were the closest auto shop to me, but I wasnt really sure what level of service I would be getting. I walked in blindly, explained the symptoms of my car to Craig and his team; and immediately we came up with a plan of attack. A full diagnostic was done on my car within a few hours, and by the following morning, we knew exactly what was wrong and how to fix it. Craig was extremely helpful in educating me on the process, culprit and options to remedy the problem. It turns out the issue was the transmission clutch (it needed to be replaced and reinstalled). And, boom! In just a few hours, my car was up & running properly again. For someone who was in such a vulnerable situation, I really appreciated Craigs patience in keeping me in the loop every step of the way, and expertise in successfully fixing my transmission clutch so swiftly that I wasnt inconvenienced about driving to work the next day. Many thanks to Prestige European for taking such good care of my car and not ripping me off! I would recommend them to anyone who experiences any kind of bump in the road with their vehicle! ;)

I was recommended to this garage from New York and told that they were honest and did a great job. They were right! I can not speak highly enough about Prestige European Auto Service from the moment I phoned and spoke to Craig about my problem he was reassuring and told me that they would be able to resolve all my problems for a reasonable price. When I arrived at Prestige, I met Eric, the owner, who has had years of experience on all high end European cars. Their work is cost effective as they really endeavor to keep prices as low as possible.They have a vast knowledge of European cars and have all the up-to-date equipment for diagnostics. I would not hesitate to recommen them for their professionalism, efficiency and courteous manner and it was a pleasure dealing with them.

Be prepared to be ripped off!!!! Came in with suspension work. Initial estimate $325. Final Bill: $1450.00. They forgot to tighten the toe on the rear suspension. Incorrect installation of wheels, they install the wide wheel in the front, traction system, and abs system failed. Failed to install under carriage correctly, fell on highway and rolled up under car. Started a fire. Piece on the fragments went in the serpentine belt and disabled my BMW on the Highway. PEOPLE BE WARE OF THE FAKE POSITIVE REVIEWS!! Mechanics dont speak english and are not even ASE certified mechanics.

Range Rover lover !!!!!!!!! I was reffered to Prestige European Auto Service while I was at another garage that couldnt do the work needed on my Range Rover I was told a speciallist was needed, As we all know the LAND ROVER DEALERSHIP specialist prices are outrageous. So I was happy to arrive here and not only get the price I was lookig to pay but the services was 5 star, they even drove me back home while my car was being worked on. I highly recommend them I trully did get treated with a 5 STAR service.

Great shop! They know ther stuff.Fast service, very clean and Craig is great. They go out of ther way to give the best service. Would give them 5 stars but the price is about what you would pay at the dealer. If you have a great car and deep pockets this is best shop in town. But you get what you pay for and they will not rip you off or change you for work you do not need!
