Bruce was one of the best managers at an auto shop Ive ever encountered. He made our visit very comfortable - He was great at asking about additional services because he wasnt overly pushy. He had awesome customer service skills as well - He replaced our lightbulb (we did not know about) complimentary because there was a grand opening fund the location had for reasons like this!

theyre liers they send me offer to my house for emissions and inspection in $34.95 only !!!! , when i want to them and when they finished they charged me extra 11$ . when I asked them they said this is for stickers, so I dont know the offer for what, I never been in store that the associates are nice and the manger is rude

Theres currently a coupon for free state inspection with purchase of emission test/sticker. Last week they inspected my truck and passed it and charged me $15 total! Today they inspected my car and charged me $20 total. I dont know of anywhere else is the southeastern Pittsburgh area doing it that cheaply.

The waiting area was bright and clean. There were accommodations to help keep the kids occupied (coloring, etc.) and wifi was also available for their electronics. The service manager was personable and clearly explained all the needed (and suggested) work - without any sales pressure.

Was recommended here from some friends and car enthusiasts. Worth the hour long drive from Cranberry Twp. Bruce took care of scheduling, and Mike and Ryan helped me out. Alignment and serpentine belt done well in great time by Ryan. Thanks guys, treated my car really well!
