Nothing against their technicians but management will order CRUCIAL parts that are cheap and wonder why the vehicle doesnt work. A cheap distributor was ordered and my car was in "safe mode" because the engine wasnt firing correctly. A specialist told me it was the fault of a cheap distributor. Sears did not refund me the part and a staff member named Sam told me to, "get a grip". I was told my vehicle was finished three times and every time there was something different wrong. I will never go to another Sears Auto Center and I will never recommend them to anyone. Pitiful. Incompetent. They also dont care about your safety as my issue was also a safety hazard since I cant go past a certain speed when the car is in safe mode. Was never treated so horribly in any establishment.

Was there for over an hour because they refused to take my wheel off insisting that there was no reason to. How could they know that if they didnt take it off? Turns out, after they finally took it off, it just needed to be lubed to stop the rubbing noise that they denied was even there. Well guess what!? After they did that, theres no rubbing anymore! There is, however, still an incredibly loud clacking noise that they insisted was the muffler. Guess what!? We took the muffler OFF and it still does it! The dumbass that looked at my truck kept insisting the only noise he heard were my loose center caps. Trust me, that high pitched squeaky noise was NOTHING compared to the ear piercing clicking. Theyre all idiots and you couldnt PAY me to go there again.

Got there very early in the morning to make sure I had enough time to run some other errants on my free day. I waited for 2 hours seeing people that came after me leave. I kept asking and they kept telling me they would take care of my car next. At some point I got really mad and they had to tell me the truth THEY HAD LOST MY KEYS!!!!! The guy who took my keys was the only one trying to find them. The other guys (including the manager) behave like they just did not care. At the end he found the keys misplaced somewhere and I left without my car being service. They couldnt care less that I was leaving.

Dont come here!!! Worst experience and service ever, I got a flat after work got there at 530 and told me it had to stay overnight because they are closing so I left it there I used public transportation back home and back to work so I get out at 5 off work got there at 530pm again thats 24hrs to find out that my car was still with a flat didnt even get a sorry I got a excuse " we didnt even know the car was here because my boss was not here" really? I took my key and left. Dont go there for anything its terrible. If there was a way for negative stars Ive give them the max

If you like to waste a lot of your time, loose alot of your money, and your patience to be tested... come to this Sears! That Sam guy is very rude and un-professional. I found him at a shout match on the phone with another customer who was apparently waiting a long time for his car. Just for a simple service they tell you couple hours which turns into days. They have no respect for your time. Im not coming here ever! Worst car shop experience. If you do choose to come here....I pray for you.

Absolutely the worst service I have ever had in any Auto Center. I was trying to get the price on some tires for my truck 2 days. the guy said he would call me back, never did. I called repeatedly they would not answer the phone when they did they put me on hold I finally gave up. dont even try this place its ridiculous. When I was a young man this place was the best. Great service great products. How far the mighty have fallen. I will never shop here again.

Dealt with them 2 years ago and had a bad experience, thought Id give them another chance...My husband called today to get one of our cars serviced. They basically said they dont honor online prices at their location... Called a different Sears, turns out they do. The rep kept talking over my husband too. Not using the Sears literally across the street from my home, driving 8 miles to another Sears. Worst customer service still, and ever.

Stopped by at 12:30 to get an oil change.. Asked if I was dropping of , be ready by 7. I said , Ill wait, go grab a drink and bite. They will call me, when ready. At 3:45 , still no call, stop by to check on status. Sorry . We said it would be ready by 7. You couldnt do my oil change in 3+ hours .we have been backed up, since yesterday.?Took my keys and business somewhere appreciated .

Ravi is the best automotive service provider. I was stranded down here in Florida, numerous tow truck drivers insisted I see their mechanics. I am so glad I chose to come here. Ravi diagnosed the issue right away and it turned out there was just a leaf blocking the map sensor. And a simple fix of just cleaning the sensor resolved everything. Go here for all your automotive needs!!!

Spoke to very rudely, I was shushed so the the service attendant could get in the last word. Overtly pushy to try to sell me a replacement battery, even after I declined several times. Could not get a straight answer as to results of brake inspection. Took the Honda to the dealer and was told there was nothing wrong with the battery. Skip this location. Avoid Sam!

I went to Sears Auto Center and was promptly greeted for my 8am appointment I placed online. They were installing new tires on my car and did a great job. The waiting room was good, it has a TV so I watched the news while I waited, they have clean bathrooms too. It is a very old location but it is truly a piece of Fort Lauderdale history. Great job guys.

Amazing just to see the unwillingness to work of this place, left my car for two days, waited in line forever and just never got a price on the list of things to be done, it is unbelievable to think they just didnt care to send me pricing, then days later.. nobody nows anything, unbelievable. Very poor service!

Had an appointment for 6 pm, showed up at 5:55 to the garage closing, locked doors, and inattention by the staff inside. I checked my email and found out that someone changed my appointment for the next day. GUESS THEY WANTED TO LEAVE EARLY I APOLOGIZE I INCONVENIENCED YOU WITH MY SERVICE.

Horrible experience, poor customer service. The service representative Sam doesnt know how to treat customers. My car was at Sears for three days, and they never completed correcting the problems. I advise that you find some other place to go, and avoid this place.

I am highly dissatisfied with the wait time. I had a 1:00 P.M. appointment and I was still waiting in line at 1:30. I asked the cashier how long do I have to wait for my 1:00P.M. appointment he then replied MAYBE another Hour. This is ridiculous! Time is money !
