Notorious for over charging people on labor and parts. My girlfriends car was taken there last week for a squealing/grinding noise on the back end. I was thinking the brake was seized. It was, due to the piston sleeve being ripped. they "replaced" it and installed new brake pads. charged around $200 for the job. The noise was still there, so the car went to mazda under warranty. The piston sleeve was never replaced and get this...never put new retaining clips in for the brake pads. That is such a novice and beginner thing, that any tech should know. Putting brake pads in with no retaining clips? So for the $200, they didnt replace the sleeve, didnt put retaining clips in, and told my gf everything was fixed. Please avoid going here, they seem to play off of the customers ignorance and rush jobs out the door to collect the payment. UPDATE: mazda suggested taking it back to Flemming and getting them to do the work properly at no extra charge. The owner Mike Flemming is refusing to answer calls, rather his secretary just keeps saying he is busy or does not take customer calls. Secretary, his wife, refused to give a number to contact the owner directly. After mazda contacted Flemming, Flemming stated mazda must be lying, "they do that". He didnt believe the clips werent there and wanted to see the car in person to believe it, even though he got a direct call from a certified mazda dealership. Now in a nonstop battle just with making an appointment to get it back down there. No call backs. By this point their service is utterly disgusting. Mazda has claimed they have had numerous problems with this shop before.

Up until this point, very good service. But that all changed when we had an issue with two of the four tires we purchased. We purchased four new tires from Fleming in Sept 2013, these new tires only had 25K miles on them (and were rotated every 3K-5K) when we started noticing issues. Took the vehicle to Costco as the two rear tires were continually losing air. Upon careful examination Costco determined that both of the tires had ripped beads. Costco noted that this was most likely due to an install issue. Contacted Fleming Tire and Auto and provided them with pictures and written documentation from Costco on the issue. Jen noted that this happens all the time, that its normal. In all the years my wife and I have owned a car this has never happened. Speaking with friends and colleagues, this hasnt happened to them either. According to the two managers at Costco this sort of thing can happen but its rare and especially should NOT happen on 3 year old tires with 25K on them. Jen couldnt even entertain the idea that this was on them and actually noted that it was Costo who caused the damage. Every excuse Jen could possibly think of she used, all to deflect responsibility away from themselves. We brought the tires into Costco because of this problem, the sides on both tires had the rubber worn down and you could see the metal bead - there is no way Costco caused this issue! I would honestly never use Fleming Tire for anything ever again and strongly recommend you dont use them either.

Really great service and priced appropriately. This is Tire Racks top rated closest location to me and I was really impressed with their service. They also offer Nokian tires which was a nice surprise and Ill be going back for all my tire needs in the future. Update (1/16): Ive had numerous sets of tires installed including 3 sports cars that have complex setups (19x12, 305 series tires, etc) and a few SUVs (2 with 22" wheels), always flawless and perfect. We also now get our inspections and some service done here when out of warranty.

"Shaved" my tires for me (matching tread depth on the one tire I got replaced). I should have elected not to do this, because they came out a choppy mess. I expected a tire that was smooth, and what I got looked like it had chunks taken out of it. They need to follow the path of every other tire shop in the area and stop offering this (after having it done, I understand why no one offers it). Other than that, service was good. They were courteous, efficient, and professional.

I have always had an excellent experience with this team of professionals. They are a bit out of the way as they are way down on 228 from me but they are WELL worth the extra few minutes it takes to get there. I use them for EVERYTHING I can and if they worked on motorcycles I would take my bike there as well. HIGHLY recommend them.

Fleming is GREAT to deal with. They are very accommodating and friendly. They are honest and do good work. My car recently stalled one morning on my way to work. AAA got it started but said my battery was bad. We called and they fit us in immediately!!! They have our HIGHEST recommendation.
