This place is a joke! The entire team is both RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL! They lack customer service skills to say the least!! I can bypass one incident in a day, and assume maybe they are having a bad moment, but the fact that it was more than just one incident, and by more than one employee at this location leads me to believe that they must hate their jobs, and have no regard to accomodating their customers. Its a shame for a business with such a reputable name as Martino Tires! I had my car diagnosed, and decided that with just what I was experiencing along with witnessing others in receiveing poor service along with a bad attitude, was going to be enough for me to take my business elswhere! I had heard a few of the techs get into it outdoors by the waitng area/customer payout counter regarding a customer and they were yelling at eachother about what is right, and what is wrong in assisting in offering rides to their customers! This was literally a verbal brawl! They could of been more discreet, and toned it down, but again, this just shows the lack of professionism, and not a care in the world who can hear what they were crying about, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP FOR ANYONE! THE SERVICE AND TECHS HERE ARE ASSHOLES!

I WILL NOT GO BACK THERE EVEN IF ITS THE LAST SHOP ON EARTH!!!!! My truck started making a horrible scraping sound out of the front left wheel area on my way to work. I had no time to look at it myself so I dropped it off at this place and asked them to diagnose it for me. They called me about an hour later to tell me that the sway bar linkage was bad on both front wheels and it would cost $500! to replace. There was no way I could come up with that money so I drove home and jacked it up, took the left wheel off and IMMEDIATELY found the REAL problem. The sway bar linkage was totally fine BUT the outer wheel bearing was completely shot, broken to little metal flakes. So I went to my local auto parts shop and paid $20 for a new bearing, installed it and my car now runs perfect again. So I could have paid them $500 to fix something that was never even broken and still gone home with that awful broken bearing. These people obviously have no idea, whatsoever, what they are doing. They just want to suck money out of peoples wallets.

Unfortunately, the new corporate owners of what used to be a reliable and trusted repair facility (Martino Tire) have decided that it is more important to make a profit than provide honest services. I brought my car to diagnose a loud squeeking sound on the passenger side. They advised me that my "lower left control arm" needed to be replaced at a cost of two hours labor plus over $400 for the part, for a total of over $600. I was suspicious, especially because the sound was coming from the passenger side, not the driver side, and also because I found the same part OEM for $114 on line. I brought the car to another mechanic who not only fixed it for $40 (by replacing a broken bracket holding the front passenger brake pad) but also told me that nothing was wrong with the lower left control arm. Buyer beware: get a second opinion before trusting Tire Choice.

I took my mother’s car to Martino Tire to get my brakes replaced. As soon as I got the car back, the brakes started squealing. I took the car back to have it looked at again and Martino Tire told me that this was normal, but from doing research online, I determined that this should not happen. I took my car to Sears and the mechanics there told me that the reason my brakes were noisy was because of the bad quality of pads that Martino Tire had installed. Long story short, Martino Tire uses subpar brake pads that could even damage your car. They charged premium rates for low-quality products. I will never go back again.

Ive had no problems with service, attitude or prices. Theyve saved me money on a few occasions by patching tires that I thought were lost causes. The work theyve done on the car has been superior to that of my VW dealer and cheaper. They guys are the opposite of the Firestone place a couple blocks down the road. IT seems to me the other reviews here are confusing the two places. That place is a joke - I went in for a front end alignment and they tried to give me my car back with my stearing whell upside down!

Worse tire place ever !! Fast pace worker but also careless workers . Bought two brand new tires , perfect . But once its been placed , my tires started making weird noises and after that finding out theres a needle inside one of the brand new tires ! Very careless workers . Let you drive however they please without telling you anything . Just to waste more money . Smh

I live in the area and they have helped me out everytime I had a problem. Sometimes I just stop to get my tire pressure checked and they do it right away and dont even charge me for it. When I hada a piece of metal in my tire they changed it for me in no time. They were always friendly and fast. So I recommended them to my sister and she had a similar experience.

RIP OFF. To change a radiator on my 2001 VW Jetta plus to change a Thermostat they told me $1070. SERIOUSLY??? I did it for $300 including $90 radiator and $16 Thermostat and $10 Coolant. And the sign that says FREE car inspection is not true. They still charged me $28 just to see what the problem was. Too greedy!!!

Ive been doing all of my tire work, brakes and alignments for over 15 years here. Never a problem. And if there ever was, it was fixed without issue. I trust these guys with my vehicles. Always fair. You get treated as you treat the human being in front of you....

This is a tire shop. The showroom smells like tires. Its rather old school. They replaced the tire on my Honda Civic with a new one of identical type and brand, and completed the job in an hour as planned. Just what I needed. Thank you!!
