Let me start by saying I only used them once BUT was very impressed with the follow through, care, and general concern they had in dealing with my issue. I had an annoying small oil leak in my car in which, new to the area, I decided to give them a try. After they fixed it, I again discovered there was still a leak only a day later. I took it back down to their shop, and fixed it again - this time only charging me parts since they couldnt get it the first time. They not only drove me back to my house in their shop car, but also dropped the finished car off when they were done. Fast forward to again the car was still leaking, and at this point being very annoyed and just wanted this thing done with once and for all. I again left it at the shop and they apologized for the inconvenience, and didnt charge for any of the re-work and gave me a nice small gift card as a token of causing inconvenience. Its the SMALL things that matter. This shop gets those right, and while I wish we solved the problem the first time, it was a tricky thing to diagnose so I do give them some leeway. I was impressed with the staff and their mission of making things right with the customer. 5 stars in my opinion.

I was referred to Lori at Glenshaw Auto by one of my co-workers. Lori told me to call the shop and ask for either Matt or Kayla. Matt got me in on the first available day and was able to reserve me a loaner car for me. When I arrived at Glenshaw Auto everything went just as was explained. Kayla helped me with paperwork and my loaner car was waiting outside. Being a traveling salesman makes it tough to take your car in for repairs. The loaner car service was a huge help and the AWD Subaru came in handy when I had to travel to some remote areas in Aliquippa. Glenshaw got my car fixed quickly and Kayla thoroughly explained the work that was done. I even received a thank you phone call and a letter in the mail a few days after the service. Glenshaw Auto provided by far the best service I have ever received from any Auto related business and one of the best experiences I have received from any business for that matter!

The type of place my parents used to talk about. Honest, reliable, trustworthy, skilled mechanics. I called them up, scheduled a check-up for my 2014 Town and Country... Said, I think it needs brakes and probably rotors, it definitely needs an oil change, let me know. I dropped off my van and within a few short hours, they test- drove it to heat the brakes and rotors to check for warping and pitting, checked the brake pads and changed the oil. They called and said the van was done, did NOT need brakes or rotors. Upon cashing out, they showed me the wear left on both and said you will probably not make it thru the Winter with your front tires, but they are fine for now. I was shocked, thanked them profusely and promised to recommend them. Most places wouldve said yeah, you need brakes and rotors, just to make the sale. Thank you to the incredible staff at Glenshaw Auto. You have a lifetime customer!

I live in Ohio, but my daughter attends university in Pittsburgh. On her way home for a visit, her car broke down on the turnpike. Being so far away, and unable to help her directly, we were lucky to have a local friend suggest Glenshaw Auto. The car was towed there and I am very thankful for their expertise and honesty in telling me about the car’s issues and my options. They were incredibly patient and accommodating, and they went out of their way to help me explore my options despite the fact that I was never able to come to the shop and meet with them face-to-face. I am very grateful for their service and would highly recommend them.

I can not recommend Glenshaw Auto Service highly enough. I dropped my Jetta in for a muffler, alignment, wheel repair, and new tires. Throughout the process they kept me thoroughly updated on what needed to be done and the pricing. The prices were very reasonable and the customer service was easily among the best I have ever experienced in any field. The hand signed thank you card a week or two later was the cherry on top and will keep me going back for years.

Sam and Lori are amazing people and run a fantastic business. They are 100 percent focused on customer service and doing what is in the customers best interest. One of the only garages around that I know that has a car that you can use while yours is in the shop. I even heard they have picked up cars before. Highly recommend giving them a shot.
