There are many auto repair dealers out there but there are few that are honest and worthy of respect. This establishment has met all of my expectations and more. They worked on my 2000 Ford Ranger to repair my master cylinder and replace the four tires. A few days after getting the truck out of the shop a problem arose. It was still leaking brake fluid. Marcos, the service advisor told me to bring it back in. They replaced some parts and returned it to me. After getting it back the second time, the brakes locked and left me stranded. They sent a tow truck and took it back. This time they replaced all of the parts at their expense. They did not take any shortcuts. They went directly to Ford, ordered the entire assembly and installed it at no additional cost. It was returned to me with an apology for the inconvenience and a coupon for a free oil change. With the time spent in labor and the additional parts, I know that they did not make much, if any, profit from the brake job. Things may go wrong but it is how the company handles the situation. Because they stood behind their work, they have gained a loyal customer who will return for other repairs and someone who will recommend this company and the staff that runs it.

Avoid this place. I wanted to change all 4 tires for my car. From their web, I thought tiresplus might be good. I had less time, and they had the ad" 59min. tiers change or 59$ back," I thought that is pretty interesting. But when I went to this store, they took 1h.20min. to change the tiers. When asked about the offer, the sales man behaved as if he does not know about that offer. After arguing, he offered the free oil change. Over all its all gimmick. Next shocking is in the bill– the supply item for 6.89$. This is something I have never seen before. This is apparently for the "thing" they use in the car to prevent their technicians from dirtying your car seat, while he drives your vehicle in their facility. Comeon guys. What if the technician had a health problem, and vomits in our car, do we have to pay for the cleaning? This did not make sense to me. They boast about customer care. This is what they care for– your money! Look for all the items in the bill before signing the invoice. Advise: stay away from this store. Look for something else for a better customer care!

We didnt see the reviews before we went to Tires Plus in Jupiter. I called the manager Marcos to speak to him about my two front tires and the roughness of driving. He quoted me a price for two front tires and said bring the car in ASAP. We arrived and the price was excellent for two new front tires and needed to remove and replace the Tie Rods Ends - both left and front. He showed us the damaged Tie Rod and Ends and the old tires were down to the steel belt. They were through, open, and completely transparent on the work to be done. We were more than pleased with pricing, expertise of workmanship, and completness of finishing the repair with new Firestone tires. Pricing was less expensive then others we stopped to see in the Jupiter area. We will look foward to getting all our work done on our car at Tire Plus. Thank you to the staff of TIRES PLUS.

It was my first time getting my oil changed at this shop. I searched for a week to find the best deal on a synthetic oil change. My search began after I found out that Jiffy Lube was going to charge me $80. I eventually found a coupon for Tires Plus online for $55 full synthetic Pennzoil Oil, with filter, tire rotation, fluid top off and inspection. Despite arriving at 9 am on Saturday I was forced to wait for 2 hours, but its my fault for not making an appointment. The mechanic that worked on my car was very professional and through with his operation and inspection. When I went to check out the sales rep didnt try to up-sell me on pointless maintenance like the last guy at Tuffy told me i needed my transmission fluid flushed when I knew it was still quiet pink. Overall a great experience that I thought to be a great deal.

Worst Place Ever!!!! do not go here at all for anything they are slow and not well trained.. dont treat the customer well at all ... so overall the service is horrible I wish I would have never gone to this place, they cant even be honest and make it seem like they have logistic problems on getting you a requested part for your car, and also their volume of customer is normal for any mechanics place but they make it seem like its impossible to get your car done because they are so freaking slow for everything even for just some tire change or oil change.... do yourself a favor and look somewhere else

I had my first ever tire blow out. I was panicked, and had zero idea what to do. Everyone at Tires Plus made me feel comfortable. They recommended a towing service that was prompt to find me , as well as, reasonably priced (Schmidts Towing). They were helpful, and didnt talk down to me. I felt respected and safe. In fact, the final cost was less than originally quoted. While I hope I never have another tire blow, I do hope that if it does it is near these wonderful folks.

Please be careful!!!!!! They sold me expensive tires for my 2014 vett & one of them was defective. They said because its not there brand I have to call the manufacturer & file the claim & forms. After I do all that then they can help me well!!!!!! Maybe before you sell another name brand tire that you cant warrantee , you should be HONEST!!!! And tell that to youre customers. So careful everyone they arent transparent!!!

Horrible experience and huge waste of time. What a joke this place. Didnt do what they said they would do and failed to mention they closed at 4 and called me 10 minutes prior to 4 to let me know they close. Have to go get and alignment and balance from somewhere else as soon as I can pick up my truck, not tomorrow since they are closed for holiday. Truckless, lucky I have another vehicle. BUYER BEWARE

I read the other 2 reviews and was worried going there. There was a buff dude at the counter with spiked hair. I forget his name but was very nice to deal with(talked a little fast lol) Service was fast and they dont try to pressure you to fix stuff on your car. Maybe there was different management when other 2 reviewers were there.

Charged me over 200.00 in labor, when I obtained my suv back, I had a new problem in my truck that didnt have in the first place. I took it back to find out that my rotor is warped. Now they want another 300.00 to fix a problem they caused. Not happy
