Great prices. Very helpful people. Best customer service Ive ever run into at a car-maintenance shop in Florida. I have to say the customer service here caught me a little by surprise... in a good way. I originally called asking about quotes to replace all 4 tires on my 4Runner and ended up going with Tire Plus because they were the most reasonably priced place I found. Im very grateful I went with them. Every interaction I had over the next two days continued to surprise me. Im from Georgia but spent most of my life in south Florida so I guess Ive gotten used to the all-about-business mentality of most people down here. Both Robert who handled most of the details of my car and Mark who walked me through the issues I had come up with my battery were very professional and thorough. But they were very nice in a personal way like a friend, instead of just a person youll see once and never interact with again way. I never write reviews for places but was so impressed by their service I decided to write this.

Brought my vehicle there and told the sales guy I think I need a new battery but am not sure if thats the problem so Id like to order a diagnostics check to see exactly whats wrong. They ended up installing a new battery. A few days later my car stalls while driving down the road. It ends up my alternator belt was slowly breaking apart, nothing was wrong with my original battery at all. I go back to Tires Plus and explain the situation and they didnt want to accept fault for anything. Not for selling me a battery I didnt need. Not for the danger they put my family in by not detecting the ripped alternator belt. They wouldnt even consider refunding me for the new battery I didnt need. I am just lucky my kids werent in the car when the car stalled while driving. It was a scary situation that could have all been avoided if they had just done there job and seen that my alternator belt needed to be replaced and not the battery. Worst expierience ever... a total waste of time and money.

The professionals at Tires Plus are a breath of fresh air - like the good old days when you actually felt like you can trust your mechanic. This time, we had a completely flat tire on our truck and had to get it towed. Although there were closer shops, we paid the extra amount to tow it to Tires Plus without hesitation, due to our prior good experiences there. (Side Note: The truck has custom tires that are difficult to find, and after calling Goodyear we found out why - they are discontinued. We had called ahead to Tires Plus and Mark assured us that he could get a same-sized specialty tire to match that SAME DAY at no extra charge.) Mark pulled the tire to check for nail holes, and discovered that the valve was bad and the air had simply bled out. WOW! A $14 valve replacement when they could have sold us a $200+ specialty tire. And, service is always done with a smile and in a timely manner. Thanks, guys!!

I was under the impression that these were good people. Dont be fooled! Two months ago I went to them to fix my alternator and everything was fine. A month later my starter went out. They fixed that about two weeks ago. And a couple days later my car sparked up a fire on I95! The fire department was called and they said something was done to your car for this to happen and someone could have died. After having a mechanic check it out, a hole in the motor was discovered from the oil being purposely drained. I am not due for an oil change for another month. There is no reason why my car ran out of oil but because of Tire Plus scamming me for me money. I will be filing for a lawsuit.

Really Dishonest people, I paid 200 dollars for a Break Job , they did not perform at all. When I tested the car, and Car was doing the exact same thing it did before " The Repair" I confronted the mechanic and the he said " its a break in period the sound will go away. 3 Weeks later the Sound was still there. Took the car the second time to have the breaks inspected, 2 days later they told me to come and pick it up and the car, was exactly how I left it, Absolutely nothing got done had to take my car to a serious establishment to have it fixed. Please dont go here unless you are a Mechanic and know about Cars like them. They will steal your money and claim they did a repair.

Very friendly and they give good customer service. Always look for coupons and discounts ahead of time to get the best deal, otherwise you will pay way too much. I recently had an oil change for $21, but they will find more things that they will try to upsell: they quoted $22+ to change a license plate bulb ($4 at local auto parts store and 5 minute or less of your time with a screwdriver) and $40 to change the cabin filter ($20 or less and again 5 minutes of your time.) If you know how to do basic maintenance, save yourself the money.

Great staff, they always take care of me. My car stalled out when the battery was drained, took it to the manufacturer and all they did was recharge it overnight, and if the issue persisted then it would cost me hundreds to try and find any "leak" in power. The next day I had the same issue, so I took it to Tires Plus for them to check it out. They honestly told me that all I needed was a new battery and they got me going in no time. Ive been loyal to this location for over 4 years, they are great!

These guys have saved me money a couple of times. And by that I mean another Tires Plus tells me I need a bunch of stuff done, and then I take the vehicle to the Tires Plus on Military Trail, and they tell me I need fewer things done. Just this week, they turned a $600 job into a $300 job. Theyll also look for coupons for you on an expensive job. Nice guys all around.

Had my tires delivered 1 wk later still no phone call. I call them for an appointment and they are booked for 2wks. I explain that I am out of state and they tell me to leave the car for the next 2 days and if they have time? Found a place called Richardsons about 6 minutes away. Install was cheaper, faster, and I didnt feel like I was getting a con Job!

I have been coming here for years for tire related services (repairs, full tire sets, alignments, etc) and would not go anywhere else. This location is continuously busy, yet they always get the job done on time. Their customer service is great as well -- Rob in particular is always helpful.

Ive tried all the local shops in the area and these guys are always friendly as they take/steal my money. I know nothing about cars, and always feel like Im being taken advantage of, but they seem to be honest. They get busy and its hard to get an appointment during season.
