NICK ARMEL

Walked in to get a replacement tire. All I needed was the tire no mounting or balancing. I waited over 1hr for an employee to walk over to the tire shelf grab it and hand it to me. Now I would have expected to wait if i was having any work done on the car or tire but for the purchase of a regular tire 1 hr wait was a waste of my time. I strongly suggest you seek a different service shop if you were considering this one. I will not be returning to this service center; if i could give it zero stars I would.

The majority of the staff could care less if they are there. The check out lines are super slow and your lucky to get a cashier that even says hello. I love having to check my merchandise to make sure that it hasnt been opened. I went to buy a set of wrenches and every pack was missing wrenches. When the staff is walking around cursing it doesnt make me want to ask for any help. There are some very nice employees but unfortunately they are the minority. Ill travel another 5 miles to Harbor Creek.

Had mike car done before coming to erie at another walmart. They damaged my valve stem and the low temp caused it to explode. Walked in and they fixed it for free. Very nice associates. Thanks.

Worst service ever. I was told that it would take around 50 minutes for an oil change.... It took 2 hours. Save yourself the hassle.... pay a few extra dollars and go somewhere else.

Does not have enough cashiers to serve customers. There are self help counters , i believe to reduce costs but how further cheap can they get.

I usually go here when I wanna get super angry or feel extra dirty. Make sure you bring mace.
