Went to get an oil change learned that last time i was here my oil pan or bolt was stripped. Brought the situation up to Manager Luis who replies whats the problem. Well Luis the problem is I need an oio change which should have taken minutes. Now its gonna take days. I drive for a living so this is very upsetting that on one of the days that I can make the most profit. My car has to sit in their shop til 10am the next day. Meaning I also miss out on half my income tomorrow since i wont have the car back til after the morning rush. Gonna contact a lawyer cause its not my fault that Im losing this income. Luis is a very disrespectful Guy. Avoid this place if you like to be treated with respect after theyve taken yout money I would give them a zero if I could. Cause we can change our oil anywhere, but Chris at Tires Plus in Pompano is actually an asset to the company went out of his way to calm me down and provide me with situation to the issue. While Luis wanted to argue whos fault it was. Once again Luis is Very unprofessional!!!

THE WORST. They are very nice, so u think u get its aal ok. Somehow over the years, I keep winding up back there, a coupon, breakdown, girlfriend, etc. Lasr month I brought 2 carsin for oil change. One car ghey didnt seat the gasket and oil leaked. They fixed it. Yeastarday the check engine light came on my car. I checked the oil, and its black, sticky, and the dipstick looks like there is tar on it so bad u can hardly get it off. When I checkdd it the oil was almost coming out from the dipstick whole. Then I checked a few minutes later andit was empty. Since I had tarted the car for a few seconds before I checked it the pump must have moved the oil bht since it was so ghink ir clogged and started to to up the dipstick hole, when it warmed a little it geuss it then flowed back, and then very little oil, and black. It seems like they changed my oil with some real real oil oil, and didnt change the filter, cause I have never seen this inmy life. Black, thick and sticky after ons monthof a change.... cheats and thiefs

Not sure what the complete circumstances were with Marina S. since there is always 3 sides to a story but after more than a couple of years dealing with these guys..I was reminded why I should continue this week. Customer service is great, prices great and they are ethical, which for a woman is paramount. I treat my car like my body so I always get 2 or 3 opinions on everything and Im not exactly your typical car owner...(yeah I used to pull my rotors and gap my plugs)! When I bring my car here I know Im going to be taken care of with no BS. Luis the Manager, David, Nick and the other guys have always been on point and very courteous. Yes, sometimes the wait time is a little long but thats a testament to how good this place really is and how they care for their customers. I can only say good things and Thanks again guys!

My wife came in 7/9/16 because two of her front tires had "tread seperation", they sold her two new tires for her Honda Accord and the car still wobbles from tire tread seperration. They did a wheel alignment as well but cant produce the before and after readings of what they had to adjust, maybe they just charged her for it. I think staff at Tire Plus 14411 Byscane Blvd. BAMBOOZLED my wife. CONSUMERS BEWARE ! ! ! the "tread seperration" went from the front of my wifes car, to the rear with the purchace of two new tires for the front where the problem originated. Perculiar? ... hmmmmm Trying to resolve this matter now. I think they set my wife up to buy two more tires and charged for a "ghost alignment". Very disappionted and disgruntal right now !

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! 3 days ago I came to Tires Plus because I had a nail in my tire. They told me that its going to take about 2 hours. In 2 hours I got a call from them saying that I also have a cut and I need a new tire and I have to pay something about $300. I had a feeling that something is wrong, I said that Im gonna take my car somewhere else. In 10 minutes I got another call when the guy was saying that they apologizes and one of the guy made a mistake plus they have old machines and they made a hole in my tire. After he said he is going to order a new one and it will be free of charge. I wouldnt be so pissed if they call me and explain me the situation instead of trying to charge me for their mistakes.

Came in for an oil change and tire rotation, the service was prompt and easy. Miguel was my associate and he did great! My car didnt need anything at all, he went over the recommendations based on mileage from the manufacturer, mine was Toyota, and explained to me that its not an urgent issue and that it could be done sometime down the road. Very honest! Will definitely be back for service here. Im giving it a 4 star only because the wait was uncomfortable, not because it took too long but because the chairs were SUPER uncomfortable and the sun was always in my face in the waiting room. That wasnt fun. Thank you Tires Plus!

Purchased and installed new tires at the Tires Plus Total Car Care‎ located at 14411 Biscayne Blvd, N Miami Beach, FL 33181. Price per tire was approximately $25 more expensive than as quoted by Francis Tire or Tire Rack. They absolutely butchered the installation and balancing. The whole car was shaking as I drove to BMW dealership to fix this the next day. All balancing measurements were completely off and I had to spend an additional 150+ dollars just to rebalance what they did. Stay away at all costs unless you want to spend the next day fixing their shoddy work elsewhere

These guys have no clue what they are doing mechanically. As far as tires, beware of their sale tactics. Price out the tires I wanted to install. When I picked up my car, they said they were out of the tires I wanted and installed other tire, same brand, different model for the same price. I later found out that it was a lower rating/spec that cost 20% less. I went back and told them either switch out the tires to the one that I wanted or charge me the real price for the lower spec tires. Needless to say, it was a lot of back and forth. Never go in there again.

Crooks! came in for an oil change. My lights dont work now and they removed my air intake screws. Very sloppy work. I was a regular customer until now. Will take my business elsewhere and will dispute my oil change. Friendly service but definitely do things behind the scenes they shouldnt be doing. My mechanics name was John (didnt want to disclose last name) and my sales agent was Frederico. Extremely disappointed.

Tires Plus installed wrong size break pads on my car and let me drive for over 2 months with unsafe car. They checked the car 2 times for those 2 months and I guess they dont have idea how to change breaks. Other service wrote a written statement that car is with wrong pads and unsafe to drive at all. Dont ever go there if you want to drive safe car!!!
