Had my 2005 Ford Escape in for an oil change about 3 weeks ago. My boyfriend drives for work so we are very careful about changing the oil on time and use full synthetic. This truck is our livelihood. In the last 3 weeks, it has been driven at least 100 miles a day, and we also drove it to Baltimore for the weekend. Today, my boyfriend noticed some oil dripping under the truck so he took it to our mechanic. My mechanic was able to tighten the oil filter THREE TURNS!!!!! Seriously?? I am so done with Jiffy Lube. If my engine wouldve blown, Im sure they would have denied that it was their fault, of course!!! Not sure what kind of "mechanics" they have working there, but I am so disgusted. Over $100 for an oil change, and they cant even tighten an oil filter?? I am still 3000 miles from my next oil change, but I am taking it in to a real mechanic to pay ANOTHER $100 for a legit oil change because I dont trust the shoddy work done by Jiffy Lube, and I cant risk losing my truck over some incompetent oil change. Save yourself the heartbreak. Go anywhere but here!!!

Do not go here!!! I went here on 6/18/16. All of the bays were empty except for the mechanics own motorcycle. As he was working on his own motorcycle during business hours, he told me he couldnt do the reinspection needed on my car because he was busy. He then told me "If I really wanted him to do the inspection than hed find something else to fail it for."

Dude was in a hurry, missing bolts that hold my protected on, bolts not screwed in all the way , didnt get my carpets vacuumed, thats what I paid for, not at all good service ....AVOID ... Go somewhere else, at least it will get done right .... If you dont enjoy your job, find another, dont take it out on the customer !!!!

I always go to Jiffy lube, but never a specific location. This particular one went above and beyond. Super friendly staff, clean waiting area, and I didnt have to wait at all. Will return to this location next time I am in the area.

What a joke overpriced told me I needed high priced $71 oil change because I have a 2013 nissan altima with 35,000 miles. I told them dont bother changing the oil I will take it somewhere else that wont r@pe me

Dirty shop, Rude people, ignored me, sat around waiting for an oil change for a half hour then left and went up the street to Valvoline for "much better service".

Terrible service. No one in the shop, took an hour and 15 minutes for an oil change. Expect the absolute worst! Go to Valvoline instead its right up the road.
