I took my tiburon in there because I needed an oil change. They held it for three hours then called me to say "they arent going to touch it because the engines knocking and its a liability." Youre a mechanic, youre saying you cant change my oil because my engine is making a noise. I poured an oil leak sealant in the engine, and it stopped the noise and has made a peep since. bunch of jackasses. Not to mention the guy talked to me with such disdain and ignored me for 10 minutes when I first came in to deal with a cardboard box. again, jackasses. Mark was nice though...Im talking about the other guy running the desk.

The guys at Tires Plus in Pompano have always been honest and have always given me several options to keep my older car running without breaking my budget. If they decline to perform a service, its for a a good reason and they will always explain why. And the last time I needed a tire repaired, they patched it for me at no charge! They take excellent care of their loyal customers!!! I would highly recommend these guys to anyone looking for honest, no nonsense car care and maintenance!

I have had so many brake problems and other parts with my 2008 Eclipse. I went to Midas, my own dealership, both failed in their services. Here at Tires Plus I brought my issues to Alexander & Hugo, & have recieved a brand new vehicle. These guys enjoy what they do and make sure to leave you satisfied. I dont think anybody likes purchasing tires that being said this is a great place to buy tires. I sent my wife to pick up the tires and have them installed on the car. They treated her with a lot of respect and kindness and didnt try to talk her into purchasing anything we didnt need. I was impressed with the customer service and professionalism.

Ive visited many Tires Plus locations before and this one has to be the best kept. The staff is always very friendly. I never feel like Im being sold things my car doesnt need. They are fair prices and match competitor pricing. One HUGE difference is that they have VERY clean bathrooms.

Called in to get an estimate of a tire that I have an unexpired coupon for and was told a different price after waiting several hours for the tires to be delivered. The manager says the tire was actually discontinued and admitted no mistake to the fault or for wasting my time.

This is slowly becoming the worst place to service your car, Ive have always had an unsatisfactory experience and TirePlus(excluding Sawgrass). I thought this branch would have been the difference , worst thought ever.

The manager Hughes, is the man!! He made sure , I was taken care of. Quickly, even when I was gonna get towed somewhere, he eventually made it happen! Definitely Italy recommend this place. Great! Customer service.

Went in for oil change only to be told it would take hour and half, told us that bays were all full, looked on way out only to find one car in being serviced
