I hope that this is fair because I left Bethel Park Automotive today very unhappy. It may have been an off day for them or simply they didnt want to work on my car, but I will not be returning. Based on the last review I felt this was a safe bet. Also they have a nice shop and seem to be well put together. I saw their success as a sign of doing right by the customer, and perhaps they normally do. I took my car in to get brake work and have the battery replaced. I was called after returning home to inform me that they were not able to work on the car due to not having the adapter for the wheels. This is a realistic issue with VW cars because they have anti-theft lugs. I told the guy on the phone that I believed it to be in the glove box where we had left it in the past for the same needs, and so we always knew where it was. I asked if they had checked the glove box. He did not say he had, only that they couldnt find it. I informed him again that it was the only place I knew it to be. He then asked if I would be in to pick it up before five or after. When I went to get the car I was concerned because I thought I had lost my adapter and couldnt understand where I might have put it. Once at my car it took me less than twenty seconds to find it of course right in the glove box. Granted you had to move our emergency napkins to see it, but it certainly was not hard to find. A glove box is not a large area to search. I can only conclude one of two things. Either he lied to me, or they cannot even find a shiny silver adapter in a small glove box. It would have been ok if he told me they didnt have time to work on it or if he had said they didnt wish to work on my car for one reason or another, but I considered this to be in poor taste. I pray that you find the service better or at least they interact more clearly with you.

Last two visits were a complete fail-Front and Back brakes and rotors done and several months later the squealing started- took it back and was told ok-covered under warranty for brake work but-lost two days of vehicle and brakes are still talking. Timing belt replacement with water pump-charged almost $800.00-nope-never going back!!

This was my first time taking my car here and so far they have met and exceeded my expectations. The quote was accurate and the work was done professionally. Will be a return customer if the situation presents itself.
