During Holidays my tire sensor came on and after work 6:30. I went to this location. I let person know my situation and he said he was closing soon and i would have to come back in morning . i commute overi 95 and 595 and explained to him i needed possibly a plug or a patch but he just offered to fill up tire with air And take a chance with it . I was even willing to purchase 2 front tires to be safe at to get it done before my morning commute h owever i came too late to service all he could do is add air to tire. Not safe recommendation to drive on open highway with low air in one tire bad.... I went to Pep Boys even after 7pm and they helped me just fine. Very dissatified

Thanks to Jeff, Ernst and Dell for making my recent used car purchase and repairs a success. From the professional evaluation of the vehicle prior to buying through the execution of required work their performance and attention to detail was superb. Expediting and service was outstanding in their efforts to source parts options from their vendors for an appreciated savings. They took the time to inform and help me sort out what was essential from what could be deferred as routine maintenance. Important for my budget makeover of a fine Towncar. Their follow-on service and the performance of mechanics to fine tune the result was first class. A fine effort from these guys.

Having bought a lifetime alignment. I went back to this store a few months after doing so b/c it was apparant that I needed it. Not sure what the guys name was who insisited that he was not able to do it....because I needed "new tires". He handed me a quote for $900 and told me that was all he could do. I felt I had wasted my time considering I had dropped off my car for over 5 hrs to get that kind of response. The hollywood store has much better service. Its a bit further away but worth the extra few min.

This is a totally dysfunctional shop. In the 2 hours that I waited for simple oil change service, I observed a steady stream of unhappy fellow customers treated rudely by argumentative and incompetent staff, unanswered phone calls and poor communications. They also tried to upsell hundreds of $ of "recommended" fuel and brake cleaning services. Even by South Florida standards this place is a customer service nightmare. You have been warned.

I had a bad experience at another location and brought my car to this location to get a nail removed & tire patched and they were so much more friendly and done in an hour! Not to mention they kept me updated and let me know what the problem was initially. I will definitely take my car here in the future for tire needs!!

After leaving vehicle over nite and spending over 1 thousand bucks for tires and service as I drove off car kept vearing off to the right "hard pull"! Took car back within 5 minutes and they kept me waiting for nearly 2 hours! Zero customer service not even an apology or anything

Horrible service lied about fixing my brakes and didnt want to refund me money and kept me waiting nearly 3 hours after i came back with no difference in the brakes .LIERS stay AWAY!! Im never going back!!

I came in for an oil change. James said my car would be ready in about an hour. I came back an hour and a half later and the car wasnt even started on. I even had an appointment. Terrible service.
