Stay clear of Alejandro in the used car section. Put in a offer on one of their vehicles they had listed for sale. Didnt quite meet my offer, however I drove 2 hours away to view the vehicle. Extremely small dealer, was very interested in this particular vehicle so I put a $1000.00 deposit that they informed me was refundable. Due to the price not where I wanted it to be I canceled my interest was informed by Alejandro that he would put in with finance to have to my deposit refunded. Two weeks passed; emailed Alejandro and was informed he will follow up with them and then contact me... Never heard back. Three weeks passed; emailed Alejandro second time around and never heard back... Four weeks passed; emailed Alejandro for the third time stating its been a month and still have not received my deposit back... Five weeks went by and sent a fourth email and yet never heard back from Alejandro so I attempted to contact the GM of the dealer and after a week of trying was unable to speak with him; they claimed he was either tied up or in a meeting. So I then filed a claim with my bank and with BBB in regards to my deposit refund.. Called the main operators phone claiming that a claim has been filed and I will be contacting my attorney this week... Received a phone call 15 mins later from the GM stating he was "unaware" of the matter and will have my refund processed asap.. Two days later it finally came through after 35 days my deposit was given. Worst customer Service I have ever experienced. Typical dealer; Alejandro was quick to respond to my emails when I showed a interest in the vehicle, but if Im not making them money Im nothing in theyre eyes. I expected more from a Volvo dealer but basically what you expect from a Miami dealer...

These guys called me up to get me out of my Volvo lease with 6 remaining payments left, they offered the same deal as I currently had, said they would take the car as is, and said they would take care of the rest of the lease installments. After setting up an appointment they called me incessantly, emailed me, texted me - hounding me forgetting I had already agreed to come in and set a time to meet. Once I came in to the dealership they offered me a more expensive deal and changed their mind about taking the car as is. After hours of negotiations they finally agreed to honor the original deal (as thats why I agreed to come in) and pay for the remaining previous lease as they now had possession of the old car and title - but trust me it was not easy to have them agree to what they had offered. Its a week later and I just got a rather confrontational call by their sales manager Carlos Sacasas - whom I had never met or spoken to before. He yelled at me on the phone, told me I he would give me a check (that covers less than half of 2 -TWO) of the remaining six payments, that I have to drive an hour to pick it up, then explained in a horrendously condescending tone how to go to a bank and deposit a check, and then proceeded to hang up the phone. Lol - such professionalism. Ive sorted out the problem with the finance company directly but I want to warn you that this dealership has seriously gone down hill after warren Henry sold it. If you do visit Volvo of north Miami make sure to avoid Carlos Sacasas and his nasty attitude at all costs. My account with the financing company is now past due because of these people and Im trying to get that sorted out before it affects my credit. BEWARE!

Hemos vivido una experiencia increíble hoy en Volvo. Fuimos a retirar nuestro primer auto y nos fuimos felices. Quiero destacar el excelente servicio y asesoramiento que nos brindaron desde que llegamos por primera vez a la concesionaria. Estábamos indecisos por el auto que queríamos comprar y nos supieron guiar desde el principio para encontrar el auto indicado para nosotros! Luis Gonzales y Carlos Sacasas nos ayudaron mucho desde que llegamos. Durante todo el proceso el gerente de finanzas Marlon nos asesoro tambien y Dirk el Gerente mismo de Volvo se acerco personalmente a ayudarnos cuando estabamos definiendo nuestro primer auto!!!!! Gracias!!!!!! Es dificil encontrar hoy en dia un servicio tan personalizado y dedicado. Sin dudas recomiendo que pasen por Volvo North Miami cuando esten buscando un auto!

What can I say other than this dealership is great. Everyone here is awesome, especially Sean Pearson. My wife fell in love with the new 2016 Volvo XC90, we put in order in at Weston Volvo and they promised the truck to be delivered in August. We gave them a deposit and a week later they told me Id have the truck by end of October. I was devastated and I felt taken advantage of. I called Volvo of Miami and they said they would have the same car for me in middle August. I didnt believe them! They said they would work their magic and change an existing order to fit the exact XC90 I wanted. Again I didnt believe them, sounded too good to be true. Especially after EVERY other dealership I called was telling me late October. I went to the dealership and Sean personally took care of me, he showed me the factory delivery order and how they made the changes for my exact request and the delivery date of mid August. I left a deposit and low an behold my truck arrived earlier than anticipated!!! This was my wifes first car, they treated her like a princess. She was so happy it was an amazing experience. You rarely get those while buying a car. I want to extend my personal thank you to Sean Pearson for taking care of us. To be quite honest, if he wasnt as forthcoming with showing me the work order, building my confidence, and showing such great service... I wouldnt have purchased from this dealership. Kudos to Sean. Very good experience! We arrived at the dealership interested in buying an XC60 but we were not sure if we wanted new or pre owned. We mentally prepared ourselves for the " car salesman" routine and felt odd when we werent bombarded at the door . Instead we were met by a young lady who directed us to the showroom floor so we could explore on our own. After 15/20 minutes we were introduced to Jose Rodriguez and he began to show us new and pre owned vehicles that they had on site. Our intention was to drive away in a XC60. I wanted to drive a demo to get a feel for the car and after comparing prices colors and features both new and preowned,he suggested that we consider purchasing the demo. We were offered a fair price for our trade in and drove off in our XC60. Our experience with Jose was fantastic. He never once pressured. He was extremely knowledgeable , accommodating and just a really nice guy. A few months after we purchased the car I noticed that the car cover was missing in the back and I emailed him . His response was immediate and I was able to pick up a new car cover the following weekend. We live 3 hours away from the dealer but this type of personal service is why I would go back to purchase again . I dislike going in to car dealerships because of prior bad experiences, however Mr Rodriguez made a stressful situation pleasant and very efficient.
