Im a fan of Walmart and speak its praises for selection and prices. Ive used the Walmart Tire and Lube service in Pompano and was very pleased. This was my second attempt to use the Miami Walmart Tire and Lube. My first attempt was to get a new set of tires for my car -- I was turned away by the associate behind the counter with the excuse that they didnt have anything to fit my car. I accepted the excuse, but the associates attitude during that visit was very unfriendly and annoyed that I was even there. My second visit -- now 4 months later -- Id hoped for a better experience. I arrived for a simple oil change and tire rotation around 5pm. I parked in the lubrication line; there were no other cars in the line and only two cars in the bay. I went inside and waited patiently in the service line. After the associate finished with the man in front of me -- setting him up for a new tire -- I approached the counter and explained that I wanted an oil change and tire rotation. "Were closed." was her response -- no "im sorry" or an explanation. I was surprised and asked her to clarify. She claimed that they dont accept any vehicles after 5pm -- maybe true (I couldnt confirm because my call to the customer service desk just kept ringing). Again; she just set up the man in front of me with a new tire, it was barely 5:15, and there were no other cars waiting -- her attitude was just "too bad". Its probably for the best as I expect the care they would give my car would be with the same attitude. I am still a fan of Walmart, but this location does not know how to select or manage its associates. I will not be returning for such poor customer service.

Three times weve gone to this Walmart for auto hoping for a better experience than the last. NOPE. 1st time I got an oil change the lady said it was gonna take an hour and a half. I came back almost 2 hours later and they had not even started. I ended up staying there till they closed with my child on my lap sleeping. 2nd time I went for an oil change and when I walked up the Rep said they were closed. It was 4:00 pm!! The sign outside says they close at 6:00 pm! When I asked why they were closed he said they did not have enough workers. 3rd time We went for an oil change (why did I go here again? I have no idea) and had to wait over 2 hours. Honestly this department does not get any better. Take it from someone who tried them multiple times. DONT DO IT!!!!

How do auto care center workers not seem to care about what goes on with customers cars that they are working on ? How hard is it to tell the customer that after the hour wait that something is wrong with there vehicle instead of letting them leave without knowing what may be wrong ? How is it that it takes hours to get such a simple task done ? Walmart if you are reading this I am willing to join your force and help you fix it !

I hesitated to stop by due to all the bad reviews but I did it anyways. They perfectly helped me to find and replace the right battery for my truck. They also installed the wipper blades I bought there. I waited an hour, which I used to shop some groceries.

I dislike this location because they take FOREVER to answer ONE QUESTION, to find TWO MATCHING TIRES. NOLO says hello to the customers. Workers look away in hopes you dont ask them anything. Nothing is organized at all. I had to walk out. Bad service.

That was a good experience for me at Wal-Mart tires and auto center, even it was raining but they take care of me ,by replacing my car battery in a short time ,and specially thanks to the man who change the battery, keep doing it that way brother.

Really reeeeeaaaalllyyyy.....slow workers, a simple oil change with only one car ahead of me took 1-1/2 ridiculous wait time. Get better, quicker efficient workers WALMART !!!!! I dont recommend to anyone!!!!!!but suit yourself
