This service center is the absolute worst I have ever encountered. Nothing was ever easy and their staff was dishonest about repairs on multiple occasions. Average oil change was 2-3 hours. My vehicle was consuming a quart of oil every other tank of gas and the service center told me this was normal for their new vehicles. While 3 other locations diagnoses said this was a HUGE problem! When I spoke to several employees and managers at flow, nobody seemed to be concerned. Their solution was always an oil consumption log at the next oil change. It eventually became such a headache that after just one year of owning my vehicle I traded it for a new, different manufacturer just to get out from under their supposed "warranty" restrictions. There are many other car dealerships out there and I highly suggest you use one of those.

I have been dealing with Flow Cadillac since the 90s and have bought many new Cadillacs from them. All of my dealings both with the sales staff and the service department have been wonderful. I recently took one of my cars into the service department and as always was treated great. Mike Serriani is the person I usually deal with in the service department and he is extremely accommodating and friendly. Also, he is totally efficient and always does exactly what he says. I couldnt ask for a better place to buy my cars and have them serviced. They deserve and A plus!!

I tried to call Flo today to schedule an appointment for a recall notice. I got transferred 5 times, and then put through to David in the service department. He was extremely rude, took my number, and said hed call right back to set up an appointment. After a few hours, I decided to call Modern Chevy instead (No one from Flo ever called me back). With Modern, I had an appointment set up within 3 minutes. Needless to say, I will not be calling Flo again for any future issues with my car.

We came into the dealership looking for a truck, we described what we wanted, the salesperson had exactly what we wanted, gave us a thorough review of the vehicle, made the deal and are completely satisfied. The only issue it took 5 hours to complete the transaction, mostly waiting on the paperwork to be prepared.
