Brought my car in for 2 new tires, and i come home to my oil cap missing, and my engine bay completely covered in oil, brought it up to the supervisor there and deny ever opening the hood, and actually blamed it on me saying "i didnt screw it on right enough" or "the pressure from the engine blew it off"... Apparently tightening it with a tool isnt tight enough?

Perpetually Understaffed. The calls are never answered and takes more than an hour to setup an appointment if you walk into the store. This department is a disgrace to Costco.
