It was okay the problem was they were saying that it was the wrong Tire or room but the tire and rim with the same as she drove it up there a friend of mine Im the mechanic Richard the piece was left off the back drum that offsets the back room so it wouldnt touch the strut someone left that piece off and now theyre saying that the lady got the wrong tire size so that was my visit today

Just spoke with someone over phone from this location about a estimate for a oil change including tax. She just told me she cant give a complete estimate... I dont know what type of business theyre running but it sure as hell isnt no type known to man. Horrible customer service to add...

One of the worst areas just to get a oil change. They make something that should get done in 20 min turn into 4hrs completely waist my day! Oh by the way other customers who were changing tires I feel sorry for them as well. No one works they just walk around and talk

Dont normally leave comments but this is absolutely the worst customer service experience Ive had in history... i hope corporate makes some major changes here... ive gotten better treatment from the flea market...

Tire center has really bad services. I had to wait 3 hours to change 4 tires. They told me 1 1/2 h. If you want two tires at the front they dont install them. Very bad expirience

Cashier was friendly but dont expect to get any advice from the mechanics there I would say other than an oil change dont risk these guys messing up your car.

Worst tire shop ever. Took them about 3 hours to change my tires and my tires arent even balanced correctly. Will not pay for service from this place again.
