I recently went to this salon on Saturday. I made an appointment with Margaret. My family usually goes to her for highlights and never had a bad experience for her. I had a bunch of highlights already and I was very blonde. The blonde on the ends were turning yellow and I asked if there was something I can do to get the yellow out and make it look like a different blonde and wash out the yellow shade. I showed her a picture of how blonde I was aiming to get my hair. She stated she was going to put a toner and my hair would be "a little darker" mind you with as blonde and light as my hair was I didnt think it would end up being dark brown almost BLACK! I had worked on my blonde hair for a year getting it almost to the shade I was achieving with just high lights. She put partial highlights that was so blonde on my dark dark hair that it look like I had white strips in my hair. I was so upset because Im pregnant and I cant keep dying my hair everyday I wanted to achieve a nice look for my baby shower. This lady ruined my hair. I called her a few mins after my hair dried and told her I wanted my money back. I paid 60$ with a 10$ tip. She only gave me back 55$ for the highlights. I have never been so disappointed in my life. Its better to find a good stylist and stick to them because this lady has no idea what she is doing. She even cut the back of my hair when I only told her my bangs because she new how fried she messed up my hair and ends. That were in very good condition before she got her hands on it. I dont suggest her for a cut or dye of any type.

Not a problem with the place, but with a specific person...Iria. I asked for my hair shorter on the sides and back, but told her not to do the top at all. She ended up doing the top and while she was cutting around my ear, she cut my ears a little bit. She messed up the hair around my ears too. While getting the shampoo she also got it into my ears. She did not listen to anything I said and gave me the worst haircut Ive ever had.

Very unprofessional. Dont tell me that you cant blow dry my short hair because it takes too long and you still have to clean the bathroom and pick up your kid.
