I went in for a simple trim to my bangs. I provided a photo and explained to the hairstylist how I wanted them trimmed (a little choppy, to the middle of my eyes). Super simple, I could have done it at home myself. So she wets my bangs, takes the scissors and blunt cuts them crooked to the middle of my forehead. I dont think she could have fed it up any more had she been intentionally trying to give me the most absurd cut of my life. I dont know what she was thinking... she didnt clarify anything, she just took it upon herself to decide to cut my bangs where she wanted them and then actually had the nerve to think she did a good job. If she had at least been able to cut them straight, I wouldnt bother leaving this review. But for a hair stylist to not even know how to cut bangs straight, let alone be able to understand simple instructions... that is simply incompetence and totally unacceptable. Not trying to be a drama queen here, but Im stuck wearing a headband for until these god awful bangs grow out. Stay away from this place (unless you are fond of headbands and baseball caps permanently adhered to your head)!! Afterwards I went next door to the Disney store and the cashier there told me that it happens all the time (and he had some horror stories about eyebrow waxing gone terribly wrong at that place). I will never visit a Regis Salon anywhere because of this experience. They obviously will hire any moron who can hold on to a pair of scissors.

I was a first time customer with Wendaly and can say without a doubt that I will be a regular at the salon. She did an amazing job and made the whole experience so much fun. She does great work and is truly passionate about it. I walked in and showed her a picture of what I wanted..she turned it into real life but even better. Would recommend to everyone!!

The staff is completely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. I got my hair cut there, and I was embarrassed to be seen in public. I asked for layers, they simply chopped a piece of my hair off. They dont care about you, just your money. NEVER going here again!
