I couldnt get anyone to get the yellow out of my hair after going from black to blonde without using a toner. Don Marie (manager, there for 15 years) did it in an hour, and my hair is still healthy. I will go to her every time now, although I am sad to leave the girl Ive been going to for years.

Had an appointment for 7:30, sat there for 20 minutes while 3 employees played around on their phones and made one girl do all the cuts. Eventually got irritated and just left, terrible service, terrible employees.

Walk in appointment at this location had Chrissy. Wonderful experience she was friendly and did a really nice job on my hair. She was also very knowledgeable about the products :)
