I was able to get an appointment immediately. Chelsea was very professional & really took the time to consult me on exactly what I wanted regarding cut & color on my hair. I decided to go with a pretty dramatic change.she cut 6 inches off of my hair (which desperately needed it,) & the color we decided on turned out magnificent. She educated me on what products I needed to maintain my color so I purchased them as well. I will definitely be going back to Chelsea for all my hair care needs. BoRics you sure got a gold star in Chelsea as an employee.

This place sucks the lady spends more time talking and doing unnecessary stuff then cutting hair. When I first came in she spent 15 mins pushing a broom around then took 10mins making phone calls then did a hair cut and spent more time talking so after a hour I left....
