Terrible experience at this Location!! I took my son to get his haircut, an old lady with red hair and shaking hands demolished his head, I didnt get a name but she made two bald spots on the right side of his head, and on the other, look like my 6 year cut his hair with uneven lines and no blending in just lines everywhere and to make matters worse I took him back for corrections and she cut his right ear pretty badly and didnt even apologize, but only gave a $1.00 off coupon for the next time, in which I will never ever go back...Stay away from this Location they deserve Nooooo stars but in order to post this I had to give one star!!!! Please dont waste your time or money going to this place. Went here for a wash and blow dry. Left with my hair at the roots still wet...I had to take the blow dryer from the stylist and do it myself. Then on top of that they wanted to charge me extra to straighten only the tips of my hair with a flat iron. I learned my lesson...I usually visit a blow dry bar...which is more professionAL and much cheaper... will never return here...u would think paying 45.00 dollars you are getting experts...what a big rip off!! Please stay away.

I usually go to the hair cuttery on Okeechobee but I had an appointment for a massage next door so I went to this one. All I wanted was to get my bangs trimmed. She cut them so their uneven and she didnt even try to even then out. And because my bangs are so short I cant cut them anymore now I have to wear them to the side. awful!

I made an appointment. I was right on time, the girl i asked for looks at me and says "im going to take him first, its only going to be 10 min" WTF. She knew my name when i walked in. I was her first appt. I make appt so i dont have to wait. Thanks guys

We take my granddaughter there often. April always does a fantastic job with her hair. She also has patience and a gentle hand. Aprils my granddaughters favorite.
