Highly disappointed at this salon. I got my hair colored, took an hour and a half and was the sa me as when I walked in. I explained I wanted my roots dine, and more blonde. My roots were dyed darker and hardly any blonde. I expressed my dissatisfaction and the hairdresser then added more blonde. It took 4 hrs. THIS now is the best part...I was charged 185.00 for a mistake. I should have spoken up, but was so tired from the whole experience I didnt. I would not write a bad review, only the dresser should have not charged what she did for a mistake she made. Not returning there.

We have gone to this location multiple times and you will be lucky if they arent slammed and we got there 2 hours before closing, and it says on their website that appointments arent needed and no one was waiting. Also, dont tell me it was a coincidence that both times we were denied service there was the same two women who dont want to take service. But when the guy was there he would actually want to work. Hopefully a manager reads this a follows up.
