One of the worst hair cuts / salon experiences. If you dont really care what your hair looks and just need a cut, I guess this place would do. First of all, its TINY. Very little room to even get around, if you were handicapped of any sorts you wouldnt be able to go here. When I walked in I was told to take a seat. I wasnt even offered a glass of water or a magazine. The hair "cutter" called me up and she tapped her chair, so I thought we were going to sit down and talk about my hair and she gave me a weird face and I got confused and asked her if it was better to talk about the hair cut later? She said oh whatever it doesnt matter. Showed her the photo, she said it was cute, and we washed the hair. Didnt ask me how the water was or anything. Just a quick wash. No biggie. She toweled my hair and I walked to the chair. I sat down and carried my stuff around the whole time. Never offered to hang them up or where to put them. So my purse and jacket stayed on my lap. She then proceeded to comb through my hair and I told her that I wanted the front to stay long. So she said "Ok then show me." So I showed her exactly where I wanted the front. Well she ignored my request completely and just kept CHOPPING away and didnt cut the hair AT ALL like. She the photo. She then complained/blamed it on my hair that it was "SO healthy and it was so full and I had so much of it" and thats why it didnt look like the photo. Give me a break! Your excuse is that my hair is HEALTHY and FULL? If its so full, then why dont you thin it out like every other hair dresser? I tried to get her to fix it twice and finally I gave up. My hair is BUTCHERED. I was even still charged! I paid because I didnt want to make a scene. Is this a student hair salon? It was really cheap and I didnt know that. I guess you get what you pay for. Might be a good place for just a wash and blow. Although even then, the blow out was terrible. Oh did I mention she kept burning my scalp while tryin to curl my hair? Oh and I dont even know her name because no one introduced her to me and she didnt introduce herself. I had to cancel my event this evening because of this terrible hair cut! Stay away if your hair is important to you. This is like a Great Clips.

I was so scared to have my hair cut for years after 1 bad experience..! I am leaving tomorrow and wanted something different to make me feel better about myself and she surely did exactly what i wanted her to do..I had an appointment at 4 and did not have to wait long at all which was a bonus to the amazing job she did..! I explained my concerns nd she listened amd told me everything she was doing not to mention took time to ask me if the length was okay... I couldnt ask for a better Hair Salon she took time to explain why my hair was not growing the way I wanted it too ...! For sure I will be going back to see her ..! She did an amazing job with the cut dye blow out.. For the first time in years i actually almost cried because it was a relief.! The cleanliness was over the top, all the employees were very nice ...! This is my new spot and I would definitely recommend it too everyone I know..! Bridgett was amazing...! Chikita has taken more time with my hair than anyone Ive ever worked with. She has taken the time to understand my hair, and recommended what to do to look my best. She really cares about doing a great job. I found about her from my wife, and we both think she is the best. Besides being the most attentive hair person on the planet, she is also one of the funniest. I was at another shop for two years before I switched to Chikita, and within two days I started receiving compliments about my hair. She is the very best there is; feel so blessed to be able to work with someone so talented, so caring and so nice.

Mindy was amazing! I wanted to meet Mindy before bringing my daughter in (as a surprise) to get her hair dyed for the first time on her 15th birthday. Mindy gave me her undivided attention, was a great listener and explained to me what my options were. I went from feeling anxious to confident that Mindy was just the professional we needed. My daughter was over the moon with her Rose Gold Ombre! Mindys attention to detail, warm smile and attentiveness made this special day one we will never forget! I have been trying to find someone for a couple years after moving here form Ohio. I was told to go to the Hair Market. I had an appt with Theresa for just a cut. She did an amazing job on that. My next appt, I went in for a full color. I was going back to blonde after being brunette for a couple months. I just showed her a picture of what I wanted and by the end I had the most perfect color along with helping me get my hair healthy again! She listens to what you want and makes sure that you walk out of the salon looking like a million bucks! I am happy I found someone who I can trust with my hair!

Theresa was God sent to me. She is amazing. My hair color and cut is sizzling hot. I love it. She is extremely talented and I leave there feeling like a million bucks! Today was one of those days;). She is very attentive, sweet and gives the best scalp massages. She is truly an angel and she looks like one. I recommend her with my eyes close. Trust her 110% with my hair and I think you will too. Read most of the reviews before making a appointment at this salon, and they were not wrong. Had not had anything done to my hair in a long time, wanted to be "brightened" up and also a long over due trim. My hairdresser was Theresa, who did a wonderful job. The hi lites were subtle, not too blonde or brassy ( 3 days after process). And my trim great and very much needed. Theresa was delightful, made me feel at ease straight away, plus we had alot in common. Will definitely return and would highly recommend.
