Went in on Saturday morning. Not busy at all. Paid 20 bucks for a haircut that pretty much was the fastest cut ever....didnt ask if i wanted my neck tapered or boxed...had to ask to have the stylist correct an area that was poofing out still....probably would have caught it had she actually had me look the haircut over before i was hastily being rushed to the checkout counter. after the "amazing" hot towel thing...what is that supposed to do exactly? Warm my neck for like 15 seconds? And then wipe off some hair? Left covered in hair by the way. In my ears, on my neck, forhead, everywhere. Had to get out of my car and brush off all of the hair....and to top it all off, after further examination, hair was missed around my ears...long easily visible hairs....that would have been caught so easily had the stylist just taken an extra 5 minutes or so to check her work and then check with me, the customer, to see if i was satisfied....i was not....wont be going back to this location...should have gone to Hair Cuttery

abbie who always cut my hair in the past has always done a wonderful job. today i walked in, the lady greeted me, and told me the wait would be 25 min. she said i could run an errand and com back. when i returned, neither of the stylists acknowledged me. i waited 10 min. then left. entirely unprofessional. i will never go back. this is the eau gallie beach side loc. btw. for the record i tip 30% on average.

I received the worst cut today at this location. Missed long hairs around my ears, cut my sideburns different, only used buzzers. Im not a happy customer and would not recommend going to this location.

The staff here is amazing. I have been going here for several years and never had a bad experience. I had hair stylist Kelly and she was great, if you get a chance ask for her.
