This was a while ago but thought it may help another person to know: I scheduled an appointment 3 months in advance to have my hair styled here for my senior prom. Went in for my apointment and was told that they had a bunch of walk ins and they wouldnt be able to do my hair for 45 minutes to an hour after my scheduled time....there was no way I would have enough time for them to do my hair and finish getting ready in time with that wait...I scheduled an appointment for a reason... I went to a different salon in the mall and they took me right back.... beware, scheduling an appointment apparently doesnt matter here!

I would give zero stars. Warning! Bad hair cuts; so went in for hair cut, showed the girl a picture said I wanted something similar. During the whole cut was constantly ask should I cut here or there. I dont know i am not a hairdresser. Told her I was not happy with hair cut, and she did nothing. Called next day talk with someone they said what time to come in to fix. Went in and was told they have no time to fix it! On top of all that, I was told they couldnt do much because my hair was too gray and too course, and my shampoo was the problem. REALLY!!! So my shampoo caused my bad hair cut.

WARNING-- THEY WILL BUTCHER YOUR HAIR . I would give no stars if I could. Very awful haircuts and terrible customer service. Im fighting for a refund after a SEVERELY uneven haircut. Not only is it uneven, but its not even close to what I wanted. The stylist assured me she was only going to TRIM a little bit off, but instead took 6 1/2 inches off of my hair and told me that "I wasnt even going to notice it." Im contacting corporate to get my money back.
