We just walked in. There are 4 people working. 2 sitting in waiting area. No one greated us so we sat down. Two customers were done. They paid. Someone walked in and was waited on b4 us. When I mentioned I was b4 the gentleman they gave me a dirty looked and asked very rudely my name and said it would be 25 min wait. NEVER said sorry.... I will never come here again...TERRIBLE SERVICE AND RUDE STAFF

Well the lady that was going to cut my sons hair was stuffing food into her mouth as she was helping costumers at the cash register. I had to ask her to wash her hands as she was about to work on my sons hair. I understand she is not cooking us food but come on. I dont think cream cheese is a hair product.

I dont think Ive ever managed to get a straight cut, and my fiance always comes out of there covered in hair and usually the cut is wrong or they missed spots. Its not every employee but its quite a lot of them.
