Dawn not only elevated the price from what I was quoted on the phone, but I asked for highlights and expressed more than once that I did not want caramel brassy color, and I wanted definition and contrast so the highlights stand out. I received brassy caramel highlights that "blended" with the rest of my hair. I had an extended vacation immediately after was was not happy with the color. Dawn said she would fix it free of charge, but when I arrived and agreed to pay for her to touch up my roots, she wanted to also charge for the highlights because its been 10 weeks. I was away on a trip and redoing my highlights required the same action whether it was 1 week or 10 weeks later. I did not want a freebie, I paid dearly on my original visit and tipped her 20%.....I didnt realize the brassiness until I got home. I called dawn immediately and came back, she told me to buy and use purple shampoo. Ok, $130 later you want me to go by shampoo to correct the color.....sorry I was away for an immediate redo...but you need to work with the customers who are paying for a specific service. I came back hoping to establish communication and a hair dresser I could be confident will deliver a color I like.....I can screw it up myself at home for $10, I dont expect bad color from a pro.
