I wanted to add red highlights to my bleach blonde hair- but ended up looking like Ronald McDonald. Its been a dramatic experience since. Finally spoke to regional and she is supposed to take care of the situation. Prior to this problem, I seemed to walk out a few times not as happy as I should. My blonde at times seemed to have lots of gold, and sometimes it was great. My hair color was never consistent, so my hair seemed to have several color bands of blonde. I was given reasons why it happened so I believed the stylist and the manager... If you have blonde hair... want good customer service... or are 10 min late normally dont go here. If your not there within 10 min of your apt. The manager will treat you as if you were late for work. I

After dealing with past waist length hair for several years, I finally decided to get it cut and styled into something more manageable. My consultation gave me confidence that my stylist knew what she was doing, and I decided to get my hair cut then and there. Im so glad I did it! My stylist did an amazing job, showed me some tricks to fixing my bangs and gave me great advice on the right haircut for me. The results were worth the - my hair looks great and very professionally done. I cant find a thing wrong with it.

Disapointed- I called to make an appointment for two pedicures at 2:30 and a blow dry at 3:30. Arrived for the appointments with my sister. They misunderstood and booked me for a pedicure at 2:30, a blow dry at 3:00, and another pedicure at 4:00. I couldnt have a pedicure with my sister because they dont understand two appointments for two people at the same time. Very disappointed. Miserable way to start my birthday. I wont be back.

Does not even deserve 1 star rating. I had an appointment set for 1:00 and they opened at 12. Running late already. Didnt start my appt for at least 15 minutes. The guy who cut my hair did not have enough knowledge to cut long hair. Butchered my hair. Worst salon experience.

I went in tears not knowing what I was going to do to my hair as I had attempted to color it myself and it was various spots of colors including orange. Nelcida was very patient and fixed my hair. Im very grateful that she was talented enough to fix my hair for me!

Best haircut Ive ever gotten! People are so friendly, provide free fruity drinks and ask often if you want more, and I very good at listening!!! Recommend to everyone looking for a great haircut
