Very professional and friendly. Front desk check in lady was way too stressed and took it out on the clients. Other than that its all positive. Modern and up to date on hair styles and trends. Well trained staff and assistants that are well polished themselves. Classy and modern facilities, very large and open. Comfortable and not over feminine for the men. There were a lot of guys getting their hair cut. Overall Id definately recommend it and have to many people. They are all still going there for services. They also have a location in South Hills Village Mall, not nearly as nice as the free standing building in McMurray though.

they overbook, and thats just the beginning! they take you in, you wait your turn for and audience with the great and powerful oz, who does not listen to one word you have said...then they shove you into the back room where you spend an hour alone waiting for your color to steep....then back to the cue where you wait for stephen....and wait....and wait....the cut was absolutely amaturish...nothing like what i asked for. and the color was a BIG waste of money...didnt last. major waste of time and money. if i could have figured a way to hang a "nastygram" sign at the road without getting arrested, i would have. dont bother!

Stephens salon exceeds my expectations at every one of my visits. From Joyce at the main reception desk, to the welcome desk upstairs and to the personal care that Stephen provides, this is a team that caters to their clients needs.
