This was a great experience. I was admittedly skeptical when I saw the place. It doesnt look like much. However, the folks at the front desk are very friendly and very knowledgeable. Not only did they tell me what they would have to do, they completely explained what my computers problem was and took me through the process step by step (and I do not tend to understand computer stuff). They were completely up front with me about cost and my final bill was actually less than what I was initially told. Besides fixing my computer, they also cleaned it and debugged it free of charge. These guys really take pride in their work and do a great job. My only complaint is that I was initially told the work would take a couple of hours and it ended up taking a couple of days. Its a small price to pay for such good results, but be prepared to be computerless for a while.

I took my Acer Aspire M series windows 8.1 touchscreen laptop to these guys. It wouldnt boot up at all. Best Buy warranty had just expired and BestBuy wanted $250 minimum plus parts to even look at it. Alpha Networks took it apart and replaced/repired bad parts on motherboard for less than $200 and the laptop works like new. Repair was fast...I will always go back to them.

first I went to the computer repair across from the landings. after fiddling with my computer I ask how much? $99. I said no and left. I then stopped at Alpha and they just fixed my computer. no cost. really? thats incredible. I couldnt get on the internet which was very frustrating. Now it works better than ever. Thank you Alpha
