December 2014 took wifes car in to have new tires put on and shelled out 1300 bucks. Since the first day the tires were put on my wife reported to me that there was a "slight" vibration between 60-80mph in the steering wheel.. Fast forward 3 months, have one tire that needs air fill every two weeks and the "slight" vibration is now almost unsafe to drive... Went back to Rick Johnsons today 05/17/2014 and this is the line of bull the guy told me Tech-"Well sometimes the tires settle under the weight of the car and you have to have them rebalanced" Me- "so we payed 1300 bucks 4 months ago which was supposed to include a lifetime warranty just to have to bring it back in 3 months?" Tech- "I have put 2000 dollar sets of tires on Maseratis and had them come back the next day" Me- "I wouldnt really brag about that" To top it all off the tech then informed me that there was nothing he could do because there balancing machine was out of service till Monday... I promptly left and took it to Southerlin Nissan (our trusted dealership) and the tech there informed me that he had never heard of tires settling and that the issue was that Rick Johnsons didnt balance them correctly to start with. To sum it up, these guys are a joke and rip off artists and I wont even let them do the warranty work that I already paid for cause they are so bad...

I am from out of town (Wisconsin) and needed an oil change. Waiting for help I heard a sevice tach tell a customer she had "a special oil filter, and charged her $6.00 more. My 2015 F150a oil change was $19.99 until the a different service tech tell me my truck requires a "special" oil filter $6.00 more, 45 to 60 minutes to do oil chage, it took 90 minutes. They offered to rotate my tires "for free" which they did not do. When service was complete a different service guy told me my rear shocks were bad and needed replaced ($285.00). Once home I checked the oil. It was over filled and a shop towel left under hood , maybe to get stuck in my fan? Do what you want, I (and friends) are not going back.

I had four new tires mounted and balanced on my Ranger the next day the front drivers side tire was soft ..Now after three attempts to try to fix it they cracked my wheel, After going through corporate to get the problem resolved i was told that their tire machine wouldnt crack a rim and that I must of did it,I watched the first time as they broke the bead and know just how they did it....as far as Im concerned these guys are thieves and liars and i wouldnt go back on a bet.....

I recently visited Rick Johnson Auto to get an oil change. Im always a little hesitant about visiting auto repair shops, but this place was totally different. The staff was super nice and I didnt wait too long at all. Waiting was also a breeze - I was able to work while waiting and the chairs were actually comfortable. Will definitely go there again!

When calling at inquire about an ad listing for possible job, Joshua asked me if the job was for a "male or female" when I said female, I was told word for word that "Im sorry, but the owner wont hire a woman for the shop" Excuse me?! I called to make a 4pm appointment around 11am. I showed up and they had a bewildered look on their faces like a was speaking another language. I waited over 30 mins then asked for my keys back! Note: I was the only damn person in the store. Dont go here. Look at the reviews, they dont lie....

I went for a oil change and tire rotation in February, besides having to wait twice as long to get my car from what they said, they didnt do the tire rotation and I just found out now. No wonder I needed tires.....Sops dont do what they say they are going to and dont tell you when they dont.

I had a synthetic oil change there last month and the price was right. They found other issues and offered overpriced services and I went to a mechanic to fix them for less. Worst is that they left the oil cap off!!!! It was sitting on top when you opened the hood.

Absolutely terrible. Rushed us out because they decided to close early. Even though they said it would be at least an hour. Then let us drive off with 3 lug nuts per tire that holds 4 lug nuts because they decided not to put the 4th one back on or replace it.

I went to get tires i bought off the internet mounted and got quoted 3 different prices from 3 different rick johnsons nearby. The most expensive quote is the closest to my house. Two out of three stores gave me a hard time and one was eager to take my money.

This place is awesome! Always do my oil change on time and fix my car. Jay offered me water and insisted on making my day better. He did this with me and every other customer that walked in. I never go anywhere else.

I went in for a full service oil, and they only did half of what I paid for. I even sat there for almost 2 1/2 hours! I had to call my credit card holder to even get my money back! Dont take your car to this place.
