I am a retired person with 35 years in the retail automotive industry.28 of those years were with "COMMANDER RAYS" West Park Chevrolet as a retail sales representitive and 12 years as used car Mgr. My experience with AAMCO at W. 143rd. & Lorain Ave. has been excellant.They offer full automotive services. Making an appointment is easy. They get your vehicle into a service Tech promptly after arrival. Their performance on your vehicle is "top notch at reasonable cost. While waiting for your vehicle (if it is a wait situation) there are clean rest Room facilities and customer waiting area.

I have been using AAMCO for car care for myself and my family for several years. The customer service has been excellent ... I trust them to tell me what my car needs and when. Ive never felt taken advantage of like I have at other places. I feel I get fair and honest work. The technicians seems to be very experienced. I recommend them often. As a single woman having a car repair shop I can count on is extremely valuable.

This place will take care of you and only sell what you need done. I was about to get rid of my car because two Ford dealers couldnt figure out what was wrong. These guys found the problem, fixed it within 48 hours, and now Ive got my car running like how I first bought it. I highly recommend.

I called probably 12 different shops to get estimates for replacing ball joints on my Jeep. This shop had the cheapest price for the best quality ball joints (Moog parts). Other shops were going to charge way more for poor quality parts. They are professional, friendly, and quick.
