The service is wonderful and always served with a smile and great understanding. Came in just thinking I would get a headlight changed and found some other issues and Rob Marflak was very patient in explaining my options and gave an honest evaluation of the situation and what his honest opinion was that the car was a waste of time and money to try to fix the car. There was blown radiator and other issues involved. Cost was more than the car was worth and I had already put a healthy amount of money into it already. He went to his boss and asked him to look around for alternate mode of transportation for me and I was overjoyed when he located something within my price range and I would recommend this center because they dont take you for granted.

I missed seeing Tom on my last visit "congrats on your promo"! Rob is just as friendly and welcoming. These guys customer services is AAA+, and the service is exceptional! They never try and sale me svs that I do not need, and they are always honest. They price match and/or discount. As female I can feel confident that I am getting quality service at a fair rate, and though they are usually very busy, they never rush and are very patient in explaining things to me to ensure that I understand what is going on. I love the Rad Air Team of Parma Hts, OH. :)

I moved to the area a little over 1 year ago and had been warned that Cleveland mechanics were expensive and rip offs. I went to Rad Air four times and feel like I have a friend in the business. Rob has been very professional and down to earth. My recent experience was, for the most part, a rebuild of my 2007 Chevy Trailblazer. Rob explained options and was in no way high pressure. I couldnt be happier with the great work as my Trailblazer is like a new car. Hats off to Rob and all his great workers at the only place I will bring my business to.

When it comes to honesty, experience, & customer service, Rad Air in Parma Heights is the best!!!! Rob is polite, courteous, and always willing to help or accommodate. They honor warranties of all kinds. We truly appreciate all he does for our family. The prices are fair and all work is done in a timely manner. If you are looking for an all around trustworthy mechanic, we more than recommend this place!!

I have been going to Radair for almost 3 years now and I am completely satisfied. I always get good customer service and everything is always explained to me. The fact that they offer a loaner car so they can fix your vehicle and you can still get to work is a plus. This place is not overpriced, you get what you pay for. You pay for their expertise. Rob is always kind and takes his time with every customer. If you are looking for a new mechanic, this is the place to go and you will not be disappointed.

(edit: Yes, it was this location) (edit 2: If I never came there, how then did you just get my # to call me 3 times? More lies -1) Loner cars +2. Alternator works great +3. The new heat/ac fan from day 1 was making a grinding noise. Not their fault. However, they lied stating they couldnt hear it -2. A few days later it was replaced with a fan that didnt blow air SO having lost all faith... I get to enjoy the grinding. Slightly condescending to me -1.

I absolutely can NOT say enough good things about this location and the manager, Rob Marflak! Rob went completely above and beyond the normal customer service and was patient, friendly, and simply outstanding every single step of the way. If I could give this location and this guy 10 stars I would. Do I recommend them? 110% yes!!!

Tom and his crew are great! Always open and honest and willing to go above and beyond. As a woman taking a car in for repairs alone, you worry about being ripped off, so the first time we tested them, and they were right on target and NEVER tried to do more than what was really needed. Only place I trust.

Charged me $140 for labor just to replace a tail light socket, and clean the other. I walked put paying a total of $162 when I could of went somewhere else and had both replaced for $100. Loaner car was filthy and wipers didnt work well in the rain so I couldnt see anything. Worst ripoff ever!
