The jury is still out on them as far as Im concerned. Took my car in Friday for repairs to my exhaust where it had fell at the back of the catalytic converter! Was told then they were out of gas for welding repairs. Heard the guy on the phone before I left saying that they could have it in an half an hour right before the guy i was dealing with shot him down and said, tomorrow! So tomorrow came and i hear nothing until my wife called and they got back with me within the hour! You guessed it, their welding machine was out of gas and they got to my car to late to order it for the day! I could go back and pick up a car thats dragging its exhaust, and hope itll make it to another shop, or leave it until Tuesday which would be the next day that they would be opened at a better discounted rate. (Original quote was between $50 and $100) so I figure me and the wife could deal for another 2 days. Fast forward to Tuesday and its 3 in the afternoon and still nothing so I call the two numbers i have for them and couldnt reach anyone! So I pull out of work early to see if I could catch them before their posted closing time(5:30) only to find that theyd already left for the day and it was just 5:06, and there my car sat untouched! We were able to stomach the first several days realizing that my schedule was a workable one. But since I had to leave work early to see about the car Im no longer sure what is in store for us sharing a car since my job may require me staying out at a moments notice! I feel that the least that shouldve been done was called and told us something so that we could make the proper arrangements! Both times! And not wait for us to call them. A little professional courtesy goes a long way!

An obvious family shop everyone seems so nice and accommodating. Im not sure if the mechanic honestly doesnt know what hes doing to was trying to scam me. They work with Rightway Automotive Credit which should say enough. I took my car here because my wipers stopped working. After 4 days they finally got the new motor and switch installed and charged me more then they shouldve since the repair was covered under warrenty. Before I even pull out of the driveway I try my wipers and they STILL dont work after having everything supposedly new put in. Andrew explains that its the TIPM module in my car which will not be covered under warrenty and is almost $600. I took my car to the Chrysler dealership and they replaced the wiper motor (again) and Ive had no issues since. Also after inquiring about the TIPM I was told that it was tested and absolutely no issues. If I had trusted A&D I wouldve paid a lot of money for a part that I never needed. All I needed was a mechanic who knew what he was doing. THE POINT IS THIS SHOP "FIXED" THE WIPER MOTOE TWICE, TRIED TO SAY IT WAS ANOTHER WAY MORE EXPENSIVE PART BUT WHEN I WENT TO A REAL MECHANIC THEY FIXED THE MOTOR AND HAVE NO PROBLEMS SINCE. NOTHING TO DO WITH BEING A RIGHTWAY CUSTOMER, EVERYTHING TO DO WITH THE KNOWLEDGE OF A&D MECHANICS.

I will never in my life take another vehicle to this place... After putting alot of money into my Chevy impala that i purchased from right way on brook park... I payed alot of money for them to turn my check engine light off.. After paying alot of money.. My check engine light still on. I was gonna take it back but Im dropping that piece of junk impala off to right way and purchasing another vehicle elsewhere

They are always really nice to me. Very respectful young men. They do their best there. Very reasonable prices. They wont try to rebuild your car and then over charge you. My brother goes there too. Im 44 years old. I will tell you that Andy is a great guy. The other guys are pretty cool too.

I was very disappointed with the work here. They ruined my chevy camaro Z-28. Nobody here is qualified to do anything. They have kids running around everywhere, not at all professional. If could I would have given no stars. Overall this place is terrible.

Stopped on the road from DC to Minnesota, for a quick oil change. Not only was the oil change quick and efficient, but they also helped install wiper blades that I had bought elsewhere on to my car. Friendly and professional.
