TERRY AND MARK WERE A GREAT HELP!!! Everyone is always so helpful and the communication is impeccable!!! My dad owes them too since I know longer have to bug him for every little repair/question about my vehicle because I have now found a place that employs hard workers who are genuine, truthful, and do not BS. :-) I will continue after recently finding them to make this the place I go for all of my routine car maintenance and more. Car maintenance done easy--affordable---guaranteed---efficient and quick and nothing but the best group of guys out there working on your vehicle!! I came in today after my tailpipe had fallen off. After the inspection the Midas employee pleasantly told me it would be $650 to fix my issue because I needed a whole new exhaust system. I wanted to get a second opinion before making such an unexpected investment. I took my vehicle to Affordable Mufflers, which is about 10 minutes from Midas. They fixed my issue for $50. When I explained what Midas quoted me, he let me know Midas employees work off commission and will always try to squeeze you for more than they should. If you live in Cleveland and ever have muffler issues, do yourself a favor and take your car to Affordable Mufflers on West 130th St. and Lorain Rd. Midas wanted $650 and said I needed stuff I really didnt need. Affordable Muffler fixed it for $50.

I have been going to this Midas for a few years. I had oil changes done mostly. This last service was on my air conditioner. They found a leak and originally quoted me a higher price but explained why it was so much. After the work was done, the manager said he was able to save me an additional amount because the labor did not take as long as they thought. A not-so-honest manager would have kept the price higher. I asked to see the bad parts they removed and they showed me them with no hassle. The manager, Tom Truce, was pleasant and informative. I will return to this Midas for future service.

In a mad rush to get my brakes replaced I contacted Midas this afternoon, spoke with John and Matt c. and was able to take my car to them for immediate attention. They greeted me, took all the necessary steps to insure I received a complete estimate on everything that was needed for my car, and promptly took care of the issues. They were friendly, easygoing and willing to work with me regarding pricing. I highly recommend this location for your needs and will gladly continue to give them my business. Its hard to find honest straight forward mechanics, but not here at Midas on Snow Road. I called when they opened, and recieved a same day appointment easy. Next I talked to Dave and he took me through all the issues found step by step and gave me a reasonable quote. I already had 1 of the parts needed for the job, he orderdered the remaining parts for me. He even beat a competitors price of the work. You dont see that too often. I would recommend them to anyone who asks for an honest mechanic team.

Needed 2 new tires immediately before I had to take time off work. These guys got me in right away and had it fixed same day! Also informed me how much NTB down the street had been taking advantage of my lack of knowledge on cars and charging me for things that couldnt even be fixed as they had described. Got my tires at a reasonable price and was on my way! Will gladly be back in the next few weeks for the other 2 tires and an oil change.

Very happy customer. I came into midas with a jeep and a high mileage oil change they fixed me up with a new drain plug as well which was rusted solid for a more than reasonable price. I will come here in the future as well as recommend them to friends, family and readers reading this. You cant go wrong. Look at the other positive voices on the reviews!

Great experience! I had a flat tire, and manager, Terry, went above and beyond to order the right tire for me and help deal with my insurance claim folks to get it covered. He went out of his way to get me in and out as fast as reasonably possible. Mechanics did a great job as well. Thank you, Brook Park Midas! :)

On the way home to Cincinnati my car began to overheat. With this Midas being so close I drove over there and asked them for their help.
