first off i got ripped off by this company!!!! i have an audi a8 and the suspensions on the vehicle went out and i went in to meineke to talk about my options as to work being done and the cost etc... well went in and the cost would be around $2,042, i put down $500.... mind you while we were discussing the process of having to order the parts and that i can keep putting money down until its paid off... fast forward two weeks later im not having the work done anymore because there were more problems with my car so i go in and ask for my refund only to tell me that the paper i signed said no refund... i said "you didnt say that while we were talking about the work two weeks ago nor and he led me to believe that the paper i was signing after swiping my card was a receipt.well fast forward two more weeks i get a flat tire on the bridge i call meineke (really my only option because they have my money) just for them to tell me they dont do mobile!!! there holding my money and im stuck on the bridge with a flat and can you believe they had the nerve to tell me they couldnt do nothing for me!!! yes! they took advantage of a single female they knew what they were doing they have obviously been in this kind of BUSINESS for years so you would think they would let the customers know that there is no refund before taking payment instead of expecting them to read a receipt.... SO AS OF TODAY MEINEKE HAS $500 OF MONEY THAT THEY REFUSE TO GIVE BACK ON THE WORK THEY DID NOT DO OR WILL DO.. AND CALLING SHAMIKKA FROM THE CORPORATE OFFICE WAS NO HELP!!!

Screwed by Mineke! Had my truck towed to Mineke with a failed alternator. $390.00 later the alternator lasted 30 Minutes. I called back the store, the owner/manager both agreed to stay and fix the problem. Towed the truck back to the shop updating them every 15 or 20 minutes on the status, to find a note on the door stating that they just couldnt wait any more. I have been trying now for 2 weeks to get this resolved with the franchise owner and now he wont even speak to me on the phone. I have since replaced the alternator myself and the truck runs great. Now It seems that I am stuck with an alternator that doesnt work that has a lifetime warranty that they wont honor. There is obviously more to this story but Google has limits and all of the facts would not fit. I was forced to select one star to post, This is too high of a rating. Bottom Line, Do Not Take Any Vehicle To This Store, You Will Be Sorry.

I took my car for an oil change and it also had a blinker bulb out. The guy offered to replace the bulb for $4 (and change). I agreed. When I left, the blinker still did not blink on my instrument panel. I thought thats strange, so I checked it out when I got home. To my utter dismay, I discovered that not only was my bulb still out, the guy busted up the existing bulb leaving only the metal, twisted and bent and difficult to remove (but not impossible, I was able to do it with needle nose pliers in less than 5 minutes). He didnt even say a word to me, just let me go about my day. Because Im a woman, he must have thought I wouldnt know the difference. Maybe this location needs to do a better job when screening new hires. Im almost certain that I am more mechanically savvy than he was. Oh well, Ill NEVER go back there.

I will never send another person there again. I have referred several people to this location over the 2 years Ive been in the area. I have dealt with Dave and his team and thought they were good people and fair but not after what happened recently. I sent an employee up there to get a simple gasket for an aftermarket exhaust on a customers car. My guy came back with a USED one with dirt on it and was charged $14.25! That is just absurd to sell a used part to someone at full retail price that probably was taken off of another customers car. It makes me wonder what other parts they are reselling off of peoples cars or if they are installing used parts on customers cars at retail price. Totally unprofessional and unacceptable!

Had a full diagnosis done on my ac 2 weeks ago now Im back to square one. one mechanic I dealt was very nice very helpful second time around, I couldnt complete the inspection because of a time crunch, I made a third visit the manager told me it could be the evaporater ,mind you I walked in and payed for my ac check and service a month ago, where is this repair coming from and why is this problem being explained so vaguely "I paid already bud this is not an inquiry" customer service is not a priority here. Im at a competitor getting a second opinion if this turns out to be something small and simple Im calling cooperate everyday every hr every second until I get a respectable answer for what just happened

After talking with one team member and receiving a rough estimate, I was then quoted a much higher price for the repair by another team member (he even said I was receiving a discount that he got "approved by the boss"). I took my vehicle to a different repair shop down the street and was quoted the same repair at a much lower cost. Meineke was going to overcharge me 150% for the exact same American-made part ($250 at Meineke vs $100 at other shop). While they were kind and did perform a free evaluation, they clearly were trying to overcharge me.

I was recently in town visiting my parents when I notice a gas leak on my Acura TL. I can say that the people who work there know what they are talking about and genuinely want to get your car back to you in working condition at a reasonable price. They walked me through each process they were going to need to do to get my vehicle back on the road and were very patient with me and my many questions. Due to being in town it was nice to have a local shop come highly recommended to take care of my unforeseen problem.

I had a good experience. Got to get little more work done but prise was OK staff needs to be more aware of store but this one mechanic who did the work an helped me was amazing understood an explained what was said an what was needed not all staff could but he was awsome. Plus fast an worked with me on splitting priority thing up so I could stretch out two pay checks. So far no complaints. I suggest highly

Needed front brakes and rotors replaced on my Mercedes. I got estimates from Firestone and Mercedes both over $550 plus I had to leave my car for the day. Meinekes estimate was $370 and I could make an appointment and could wait for my car. Meineke did the job in a little more than an hour and the final price was exactly what I was quoted. I was very satisfied with the entire process
