Worst place ever, i went to this shop charged me for services i did not even need they charged me 1100 for new control arms that they said was making my car make noise and i paid and when i took it home i still was hearing the noise. i took it back and had to get another rental for them to find out what the problem was. it turns out it wasnt the control arms it was some minute problem and didnt offer to reimburse me the difference or anything i didnt put up a fight (which i regret) i just wanted to get out of there because i was so mad.. then i had them check my air and they said i need a new air compressor and i took it to another Firestone for a oil change and they said :someone" broke my a/c box... i went to get a second opinion and went to terry wynter auto service. theylooked at my car for free an relayed my computer needed to be updated because everything is working its just a bad signal...i told them to fix it and guess what I HAVE COLD AIR AGAIN AND FOR $120... firestone are crooks

Absolutely dreadful experience. Went in to get an eval of my tires and and estimate for all new ones. The fellow who "helped" me wore a name tag with "army veteran" on it. He was friendly but spoke so loudly it was painful. I asked him 3 times to lower his voice and he only got louder so I actually had to back up 7 feet away. When he did the eval, he told me one thing about the tires and wrote down something else-- exactly opposite, in fact. When I brought that to his attention, he laughed. The estimate was so high -- he chose THE MOST EXPENSIVE replacement tires instead the ones I specified. Overall, very dissatisfied. Sorry I ever went there.

In April of 2013 I had 4 Ecopia 19" tires installed on my Acadia. Scott was VERY helpful in locating four new tires in Atlanta Georgia after every other retail outlet we checked, including CostCo, could not obtain these tires before we left Florida on April 5th. Scott bent over backwards to accomodate our need for these new tires and even found a $200 Firestone rebate we did qualify for. The tires are great, the service and consideration we received at the time of sale AND time of installation were great. I would definitely go back there again. Bruce G., Nisswa, Minnesota & F.M. They are very expensive and until yesterday I just grimaced and paid. Yesterday they charged me 376 to fix 2 problems that were making my truck backfire. Once those were done, They called to let me know that those things werent the problem and that I had a misfire on number 7. They suggested a complete tuneup. I suggested that perhaps we should put a new plug in number 7 and see if that would fix the problem. They refused. I went back and looked and I have spent almost $10,000 with them in the last 10 years. They will not see another dime of mine.

Absolutely horrible! Do not take your car there for anything. I took my car for an alignment, since I have lifetime alignment with firestone, and they told me the car needed a whole new steering component for over $1,000. I took it for a second opinion somewhere else and the car only needed tie rod ends and the tires rotated for $50 total. This place just rips people off. Dont ever pay them to do work they tell you the car needs because they flat out lie to you.

Amazing for tires, unbeatable. Warranty on services is always great as well, since theyre national you can pickup here, and resume service/warranty in another area/state. However, sub-par mechanic services, that always attempt to bait you into more expensive equipment and performing repairs that arent 100% necessary. Know a little about your situation before going in or they will likely try to take advantage of you.

I came here because I had a screw in my tire hoping they could remove it and patch it up. They took the screw out and didnt have my tire in Stock so I went somewhere else that did. When I got to the other tire place they found no puncure and no air leak. Firestone tried to sell me a tire and warrenty for over 300$ when I didnt even need it. Like others have said stay away from this place they will rip you off.

Came down to fort Myers beach from Indiana. Damaged one of my firestone tires and needed a replacement. Decided to replace all, and this place beat everyones price. Great prices and service. Joel Black was the best!
