If I could I would give these guys minus star! They lied to us big time in order to make us give our hard working money for a wrong repair. We are just a regular couple that drive a Sprinter Box truck for a living. Our truck started to lose power and after many tries to gain it back we ended up stuck in Cleveland for 10 days. Somehow we managed to stop at an abandoned area close to the airport. Close by there were two houses where we met this nice grumpy old man who told us about this Auto Repair Tehnology place. He said they will diagnose your truck and tell you whats wrong. Here is the place where I should mention that we have been diagnosed the truck two times before for other problems. Both times we were lied to and we were very sceptical to do that again. But we finally decided to give it another try. We called them for an appoitment and asked them if they could diagnose a Mercedes Sprinter truck (most auto repair shops do not have the right or updated diagnostic program for these trucks). The lady on the other side assured me that they can do that and gave me an appotment. We started the truck and very slowly with almost no power we took it there, the place was conveniently close by so it took us about 15 minutes. We left the truck on their parking lot and gave them the keys. The very polite lady behind the counter did some paper work and told us to wait in the waiting room or to come back in about 30 minutes. We tought wow that will be fast, we better stay right there. Then a young man came in I think his name was Alex and asked whats does the truck do. We told him the truck lost power and went into limp mode. After not even 20 minutes he came back with a special proposal. He said that our truck needs a new fuel pump that he can orther in, he said that it will take about 5 days and the price for the pump and repair would cost around $3500.00 and after that they will diagnose it again to see of there is anything else wrong. Our jaws dropped. We did not have that kind of money.. we told him that and he proposed fiancial plan to us, but we could not affored that either. We paid the $130.00 diagnostic fee and left the place. Now what? What do we do.. we had briefly $2500.00 in our bank account left, we were 2000 miles away from Las Vegas where we live in a rented appartment. We had no other choice but repairing the truck and keep working. We believed that something was wrong with the fuel pump and decided to look for one online. We found a place in NY where they send you a reconditioned fuel pump and then you send them your bad one. It cost us $1200.00 plus $28.00 to ship our part to them. We found a Fedex office where we used their address to receive the pump and we ordered it with over night shipping. We got it on the very next day. We started to work on the tuck right away. It was not really that hard to replace it, it took us around two hours max. And there was our dissapointment, the truck did not gain any power back again. Both of the fuel pumps worked perfectly fine, they just lied to us again. We did not go back to the Auto Technology place. We had no more emotional strenght to go there and tell them that they were one more liar, we had no more time to lose. So we sent the core to NY and started to look online how to fix our truck ourselves. We found a leaking injector on our own after the so called "modern diagnostic tool" did not detect at all. Its a long story how we managed to fix that on the open road with special tools that some of them we already had in the tool box and for some we had to improvise.... We just want to tell this shop, other auto shops and other people out there to be very careful. We have had some more problems with the truck after that experience, and we never went for another diagnostic, not planning on doing it in the future either. Please do your homework before trusting those guys. Thank you for your time and Good luck to everyone!

Crook! Bottom line! I took my car in last year for a/c repair and it is back out now. He say its something different. Theres a lot noir I can say to this but for now, i wont waste any more time with our at this place. But I would say this. ***Watch his pricing closely!*** Last year he kept trying to add nearly $900 to my bill. I had him break down individual prices and saved myself as much. When i went to pick it up he thought he could add it back with me being unaware. So I called him out on it. So he says it was quoted without taxes. So a $3000 bill adds about $900 in taxes? In what world? Then they tried to keep my front struts that they didnt put on. Took it back the same day i picked it up cause i heard hissing. He said its normal, and now he wants to charge another $740 for something that was clearly broken when he did warranty work for us. I just laughed at him. I already found the part I need for $59. As I said, crooks! Sorry but once i got started!!!

This place is wonderful. I discovered it about a year and a half ago and Laurie remembered me from then. I went in because my brakes were grinding, they took my car back right away and when the inspection was done they brought me back to show me everything that needed to be done. While we were sitting in the office going over everything they pointed out what was urgent and what could wait and the costs of everything. They were able to put me into a loaner car the only cost of that was to replace the gas I used. This was on a Wednesday night. On Friday morning not only did I get phone call but a text to me the car was done. It was faster than I expected. When I got there my car was washed and ready to go. I also invested into the car care club with text reminders of oil changes. I would recommend Auto Repair Technology to anyone who is need of anything car related. This is the best car repair place I have dealt with. The staff is amazing.

I have been going to auto repair technology for my car repairs for over 10 years and have had great service every time. I once took my car in because it was leaking antifreeze. I expected the worse, like I would need a new water pump, radiator, hoses, belts, etc. to my surprise I received a phone call telling me my car is ready, there is NO CHARGE. It was just a loose hose. There are not many repair shops that would have done this. most places would have used "leaking antifreeze" as a reason to replace unneeded parts. That is just one reason why I will continue to use auto repair technology for my car needs. Gerry Kasayka
