This is a horribly run post office. It has been a month now and my packages are still being "returned to sender" even though my correct address is on the packages. Ive spoken with 3 different mail carriers, employees at the post office, 3 or 4 investigators on the usps hotline and 2 or 3 people at the consumer affairs office. No one can figure out why my mail is not being delivered. They tried to tell me that I dont live here (which is hilarious because I own this house) but I have lived here for a year and a half with no issues whatsoever until these past few months. How can no one know anything? Ive already contacted the local police and I am meeting with a lawyer. Where is my mail? Why is it being sent back to sender if the correct address is on the package? I have missed medication from my doctor, important packages, credit cards, important paperwork, bills etc because you guys cannot do your job correctly. If you cant do your job, you should be fired. This whole situation is ridiculous.

If this is your Post Office I feel sorry for you. Get ready for lost mail, lost checks, lost mail order prescriptions, lost packages and nobody cares . You will end up making claims and still not receive anything. With a classic case of nepotism even the supervisors have informed everyone that the mail Carrier is the son of one of the bosses, and cannot or will not be fired. You would think this would all be illegal but really nobody cares. I have spent hours trying to track lost medication, mai etc. Get ready to just be stared blankly in the face when youre looking for your mail. Together as a community we must come together to stop this.

I normally do not leave reviews but felt it was warranted here. The STAFF at this post office have always helped me, and my experiences with them over 5 years now have been nothing short of excellent. They Expedite everyones needs, explain what product(s) are best, and do it with a smile day in and day out. Of course there will at times be breakdowns in the chain - Haters going to hate - but get a life people. Just because we are older and crankier with each year doesnt mean we have to be OLD and GRUMPY. GO have another cup of coffee or find the fountain of youth...and quit giving crap to people that are trying to help you.

Really bad ive been trying to contact the office for like 2 weeks now i dropped off mail going to an address in naples its been 3 weeks and receipient hasnt recieved my mail yet i always use the lehigh acres post office and for 5 months sending to the same address ive never had a problem i use this post office once because i was near by and what an issue then i call and the phone rings and rings and rings and rings i recomend that you use a different post office

This is a contract post office location inside of Sun Harvest Citrus. Vicky, Chanel and Don are top notch and will help you choose the right shipping method, sell you stamps, and answer your questions. I have been dropping off my eBay packages here for about 8 years. Their cutoff times are 6PM M-F and 3PM on Sat. Post Office + Juice = Winning Combination.

Originally scared of some of the reviews Ive read, I have to say I have had two great experiences shipping packages from this post office. Very friendly staff and generally one person waiting in line when I have gone in. Love getting an ice cream cone and letting my daughter play on the playground outside when we are done. :)

Drove 1/2 an hour and waited in heavy traffic to make it to this post office before they closed to ship an order, as my local post office closes at 4:30pm. Arrive only to find out they close at 4pm NOT 6pm. Wasted an hour and a half of my day driving there for no reason in rush hour traffic.

Call there many times but employees always hang up by accident when they are checking then you have to call back numerous times as the line is always busy. Cant seem to figure out how to deliver mail or forward properly. Never had a problem anywhere but Florida.
